How To Move For Your Health By Any Means Necessary

You don’t have to wait to exercise to keep yourself fit, I know a lot of my Di1’s have set days when you choose to exercise for your health, right?

However, the work is not done yet, no matter what you do, a worker, student, home-maker, entrepreneur etc your days off still count, even on rest days you can still exercise via moving around with intent.

What I mean by that is, every move counts, in your spear time, keep walking, pick things up and put it down a little slower, go up and down the stairs 2X, sit down and stand up 2X it sounds silly, but every move counts & that is what I’m going to get into right now.

Why & What Can I Do?

Other than what I started above with, the more you keep moving, the fitter you’ll be.

Not everything has to be a full on jog or sprint, that is only for a moment, or some hours. If you see your off time, when you’re just living or going from A to B as a way for you to get mini steps or mini moves lol…

In other words it’s adding up to your fitness goals, you will be more confident with yourself, your body and in your mind.

As you know that you’re working on your off days, that’s powerful to the mind and will build strength and health both in your body and your mind.

You will not be worried about workout days, as if that’s the only day you can work out and did not, as you have been slacking of late for example. You will have the mini points or mini moves to fall back on at least, I find that we mostly think of it as making the time for it, right?

Well, if you do the smallest of exercise daily, you’re more likely to want to do the bigger exercises, as it’s on your mind more, and you’re in health mode, rather than hectic mode and oh, I don’t have time and skip…

A mind shift of seeing everything as a chance to get some form of a workout in, even extra steps in your walk, will add up over the long haul.

If you’re willing to do whatever it takes to get healthy, this is only a good thing, to prove yourself right, to know that you did everything with the small steps, that will make you see the big steps not as a damn chore, but as a way to make it that much easier for you to do the big steps…

I’m not talking just walking now it could be going HAM in the gym, or at home. I know that on day’s off that it’s much more likely that you will off track, and then start eating and drinking rubbish, consuming things that set you back…

Mind, body and soul! If we can change our thoughts to, everything that I do is to better my health & my quality of life, I know it will work wonders for you, and you will feel a lot better too.

As for what you can do, some ideas for you below… Start walking more with intent, that’s outside go for a walk on your own, or with someone else and make the most of your steps, even push yourself and walk faster.

Then saying that if you don’t fancy going out at all, just walk around more, walk extra slow for more steps, go really fast, it does not matter, so long as you are getting extra steps in, then you would get before you read this.

Lunges and side steps, a good way to work out your legs at home, you don’t have two sets, you can do some and then get on with your day, if you’ve had a full workout week and your body is sore, then I do not advise it.

However, this great for those that are on their day off, and want to do a little workout, you can do four on each leg.

Every time you need to go upstairs! so, you just get up, and before you go upstairs you do them both.

Dance your way to it!

Create some space at home or go outside and shoot a TikTok video or something LMAO!

The main point is, instead of just sitting around nodding your head to the beat, you can get up and dance. It can be on your own or with someone else, the main point is it’s a fun way to get more steps in for your health.

Stretch and do a light workout after watching the TV Most would advise you to work out during the ads on TV, but who watches live TV these days?

It’s more likely that you’re watching a streaming service, which has no ads at all. So if it’s a Netflix and chill day for you, or you’ve come back from a long day’s work and want to watch Disney plus… Stretch your body after every ep, or film, you could get in a light workout of 3 sets of 4.

Making Love I mean taking things to the bedroom counts too you know If you’re not in the mood for some press-ups, but in the other mood (HOWWWWL) for some 1 ups, then go get you some consent & then go get it!

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys.

Please do let me know though…
