How To Look After Your Back & Avoid Constant Pain

This is one pain you will want to avoid, or make better as best you can!

I’ve been meaning to make this for the longest time, as I’ve done one on the knees already (Click Here)

So now we are moving onto the back, I can only pray that if you’re in pain this can help, or you fix up if you’re not in pain and avoid doing these things, I’m going to touch on below.

How Do I Look After My Back?

Bearing in mind that age, is a big factor in how things can go south, but that should be the only thing as it’s out of your hands.

Of course not counting an accident like a fall or something.

You need to start carrying less things, this is from bags to purses, it all adds up.

If you think that oh it’s light, well have you ever been caring any form of bag before that was light and had a stiff neck before or pain in your shoulders ?

This is where it starts, then it moves to your back, and it hurting.

Balance your weight, carry less in one bag and put the rest in another, this will help stop the strain, to your neck and spine.

If you have a bag with wheels, then do it, this will take the load of your back, carry what you can carry too in your hand if it comes to it.

Stretch daily!

This is something that needs to be done, or you could pull up, not in the whip on the floor, in pain as you pulled something.

You need to be lose, and not so tight, ok?

Your best bet is to stretch when you get up, before working out you should stretch of course, and depending on if you are sitting around a lot, you should be stretching every hour or 2.

Just because you feel fine on Monday, does not mean that on Friday you will, you don’t want that pain, stretch daily.

This will help give your core strength too, which is the next one, in all that movement your core is working, so it’s not about just doing crunches, in fact that messes your back!

But looks cool for the Internet, but it’s as real as a BBL!

Strength training instead, really helps, but not just nt moving about but, bending, twisting all of that helps in your day to day, now you are aware do more of that.

Posture is everything too. Poor posture can lead to putting strain on your spine & for what?

Always sit upright on a chair, with your feet planted on the floor.

If you do that more often than not, you will be fine, slouching is no good for you, just like in life.

Other Things To Watch Out For

Obesity causes back pain, the excess weight you carry can damage your back.

For instances, I know someone who got so big that their tail bone snapped in half!

This was just from being obese and sitting on a chair in poor posture all day.

Also, when picking up things, just in life, not just heavy weights, lift properly.

Bend your knees and pick it up slow, fast motion can hurt your back & we don’t want that now, do we ?

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys.

Please do let me know though…
