How To Kill Your Sugar Addiction

If you feel like you would like to eat less sugar, feel you want to improve your health, worried about your health, or someone you know then this is the one for you.

This is how you kill your sugar addiction!

First off, you need to be clear that this is something you really want to do.

Is it?

As your body will be fighting against you, as it’s been so long you’ve been eating all these foods with added sugar in them.

I would suggest you play the why game first (Play Here)  then come back if you’re unsure, or it’s not a deep reason to why.

Once you’ve done that it’s best to read them daily until it’s auto to you, this will make things a lot easier.

I would then suggest to set up better eating schedule, where you eat at the same time more often than not.

By that I don’t mean the lit time, I mean the hours, you should really be eating 3 to  4 hours that’s for general days…

Athletes it depends on the sport & how much you need to fuel you, so I’m talking to you.

So however much you eat, let’s say 3 meals, it should be eaten within a 3 to 4 hour time frame after each other.

Anything higher like 5 hours is too long, and your belly will let you know this, when your belly is rumbling it’s already too late.

Your body fat is eating you!

Starving right?, which makes you want to eat more and more recklessly as it’s been so long and this is where the sugar catches you.

You get that hit and then you’re hooked for the day, and then chronic diseases creep in.

So the next thing is to make sure that what you are eating is healthy and filling, you know you’ve got your fruit and veg in either your  breakfast, lunch & dinner (If not all),  fish & fermented food etc all help keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Drink your water too, and stop drinking fizzy drinks and alcohol as this is making you dehydrate & this can cause sugar cravings.

Getting a good night’s sleep really helps suppress sugar cravings, when there is no sugary food around or a lack of it,
along with getting  a good night’s sleep again and again… Sugar what?!

This one comes hand in hand with having a good night’s sleep and that’s to stop stressing so much.

Stress is a killer, but what does not get spoken about a lot is that it makes you more hungry…

All that energy of worrying can make you not feel hungry, but also make you feel like you need sugar.

It can lead to comfort eating and then become so routine, you’re not even aware of the excess amount of food you are consuming, then one day you see how much bigger you’ve got by accident.

As you can see, it’s not just about food, it’s you!

You yourself need to work on you, not just for a promotion at work or a goal to have something material.

You need to work on your mind, so it’s not clouded with all this extra B.S, that is making you sicker each day.

We all only getting older, It’s vital we learn how to take care of our minds, our inner state first and then outer is a breeze.

So when I tell you about fruit and veg it’s not an ewwww, It’s  a  let’s make it happen,  you feel me ?

Then the sugar cravings are dead, for me myself I can tell you hand on heart I have ZERO sugar cravings.

So I know it can be done, I’ve helped so many Di1’s get over their cravings, so I know they can do it too…

So I’m certain you can do it, if you really want to kill this craving of sugar.

I  pray for the addicted & those that are starting at day one for this, all the best!

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
