If you are looking to become healthier then keep reading, now health can be measured in so many ways.
Disease and injury-free, fitness & mental health etc.
So never think that health is just one thing… What you eat!
As it’s many factors to your overall score when it comes to health.
I’m going to focus on three factors that I believe will help you the most to do something about it right this min!
So just so you know in advance this is not everything, but it’s a place for you to start at least so that your 2021 health is better than 2020.
Sleep
It’s so important and I keep saying it if you’re sleeping under 8 hours or over 9 WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!!
You’re setting yourself up to fail in the long run, how long do you think you will last by doing that huh?
In the end even if you are getting things done it’s hardly at your best over the course of a year,& to think all you have to do is nothing at all.
As they say the easiest things seem to be the hardest to do. I understand fully that some of you Di1’s have probs with your sleeping and most of it is not your fault.
This is why I’m going to throw in their PMA (Positive mental attitude) & meditation, I advise that you do this if you cannot sleep because of overthinking, or something that is haunting you etc.
If you’re able to get your mind off your woes and focus on the present even if it’s just for a few mins, I promise you’ll so much better.
Also, before going to bed are you writing out these thoughts in your head, so they don’t pester you when you sleep ?
Everyone that I speak with that has issues when it comes to sleep don’t write out their thoughts, or they do it sometimes.. So you get sometimes sleep, you get what you give when it comes to sleep.
Some of you are even on meds and it could be for many reasons, I’m talking about the ones that the doctors never gave you but you bought yourself because you’re out of ideas.
You know in the long run it’s going to mess up your health, it’s not a long term thing to be taking, excuse the pun but please don’t sleep on sleep.. Take it to heart and make sure you set yourself up to catch some Z’s.
Invest in making your room dark and a hub where you can shut everything out, get rid of that phone that is always on and bothering you with B.S when during the day they don’t even want to know!
Make your sleep as important as it is for you to not go outside butt naked LMAO and see how your sleep change in the 365 days that are here now.
Eat Healthy & Drink Water
This goes without saying each time you eat something make sure you have something healthy.
The more fresh your food is the better, when you keep buying processed foods it’s messing up your health.
It bothers me that there are those that can actually afford to buy it and still by fast food.
To me if we made fast food into a stigma like they do the poor things would be a lot better.
What I mean by this is in gen the poor are looked down upon, yet fast food is looked at like it’s some luxury LMAO!
A damn human being’s well-being takes a higher place than this rubbish you’re eating it’s unreal to me!
If the stigma was on the food instead of those that cannot afford healthy food, it would shame those that can afford it, and they would follow suit and eat healthier.
Yes the poor would get stick for eating fast food but if the fast food comps had to wait on them for profit they would all go bust!..
Or just make their food ultra healthy.
As for water you’d think that are bodies are not made up of it, and that we have to wait for the earth to go around a year before we can all get a sip from it!
The way the world is moving is a joke & if you don’t start drinking your water often and daily, you are not healthy at all and will suffer in the long run.
That’s a promise too, no excuses if you have clean access to water and you’re not drinking it SHAME ON YOU!
You cannot preach to anyone or look after anyone at your best and your fullest and be happy long term.. If first you do not look after yourself.
You’re not a martyr if you don’t look after yourself, I’m sorry to break the news to you..
If they need you like you say that they do it’s even more important that you look after you as God forbid you end up in the skies earlier than you’re supposed to.
Have Play Time
Even if you do everything that it says above but you’re spending your waking hours just dedicated to work, work work you’re still screwed.
You need to take time to work out, eat well, spend time with those that you love etc. Even for things that you like to do on your own such as..
Reading, bike riding or playing the piano, make sure you have time for that every day.
You’re not doing any more because you feel the weight on your shoulders or you feel under pressure…
You do know it’s the same if you’re happy and without a care in the world right ?
It just one will send your health straight down the pan than the other.
Even if it’s phone call with someone that makes you laugh, do it because we all need to know that play is not a kids’ thing, I don’t care what no one says it’s for all of us to have fun every day.
Fun and play is not a treat to be taken away because you’ve been a good or bad girl or boy LMAO…
It’s something as adults we need to connect back with and know there is no shame in having fun, playing around and enjoying life…
Most of you reading this hate your work, I know someone of you like me love what you do and don’t think of it as work, great all power to you.
Just for those that hate work, hate life & feel the need they have to play this role where it’s no fun it’s just work and I get my money bed again.
Stop ittttt, It’s not healthy and most of all you know life sucks like this, but yet you carry on, thus making everyone else’s life you’re around dark and downbeat, I would not want that for my child or my wife… Think about it.
