We need more space in our mind so that we can think straight and just be the best that we can be mentally.
That just won’t happen if we are cluttered with many things in our mind, things that put us at a halt is no good for us.
So how do we declutter an unhealthy mind then?
Go All In
There is no point going into this half-hearted, you must put all of your effort into the decluttering your mind, to know that this is a problem that I need to fix and will give my all to.
To see it as a problem which is great news because all problems can be solved!
You need to roll the dice to get anything in this world, so bet on yourself as this is the best bet to make after all.
Declutter Your Physical Space
Your space is everything if it’s littered that messes with your mind, it can make you feel anxious or stressed that there is a lot of mess around, and you can’t get to things that you need.
Your brain is forced to work over time too, if there is always something in your way it’s another thing that needs to be cleared and over the course of your waking day it will mentally exhaust you.
It’s real simple when you declutter your space you’ll find your mind will also be decluttered.
Let Go Of The Past
This is something that if you don’t do it’s going to be very hard to succeed at this. Even if you do it you’ll always be brought back in until you sort this part out.
You’ll find that mind clutter is most often than not rooted in the past. Most of you have mansions all over the continent full stocked & furnished inside your mind with every hater, ex friend, ex partner, family members
& random’s you don’t even know their names living there rent-free!
They’re a rowdy group too letting you know about all the opportunities you’ve missed, or what they did to you, how you hurt them, the lies they say that’s not true, their sharp words and so on.
You need to pay each one of those mansions a visit with a removal team and get them out of there… Or better yet burn the mansions whilst you sleep, as them living in your head is not serving you and messing your life up…
All the while their most likely living it up, unaware of the karma coming to them, once you are in the present and winning in life.
Your To- do list is messing you up!
Nothing creates more clutter in the brain then always having an endless to- do list.
You cannot do everything in one day 24/7 365 days in the year, instead focus on the things that are the most important to you.
Make a top priorities list let’s say a top three, and work on that the most.. The other stuff that is not as important can take a hike you feel me ?
Everything has a time and a place, so it’s important you know what is a priority in your life right now and what is not, you’ll never know that if your mind is cluttered.
You Don’t Need All The Information The World Has To Offer
This whole fear of missing out on information is a real concern for me.
Not every bit of advice applies to you, nor will work for you, for example you may hear great advice from Will Smith…
If he then says something that you try to apply to your life, and it does not work for you let it go, stop trying to force information that is no use to you
on to yourself.
It could be bad advice too what is the use in holding on to that information? Too much info will clog your brain, the things you think are small like reading newspapers, magazines, watching TV, fooling around on social media for far too long, surfing on God knows what sites on your laptop, PC and so on.
For those of you that are struggling with this taking a social media detox will help you out a lot, unsubing from YouTube channels that no longer serve you or email newsletters that you no longer need to be reading.
Take the info that works for you and forget the rest of it.. VAMOSSS I know you can all do this.
Put It Down Some Place Other Than Your Head
Everything you think about does not have to be stored in your brain, you’re not a USB drive you know lmao.
Even the net has cloud based space, so why are moving so backwards on this front?
Put it down on paper, your phone, audio whatever it is other than your mind, things for you to remember put it down.
Ideas, goals, long term projects put it down… These tools we have can be used to help us, don’t be them types that let these apps consume you and use you, things are made to be used, so use them…
It seems in life others want to try and use people and as a consequence have forgotten & even being more loyal to an app than to a human being lmfao.
Write Out A Gratitude List
You can do this daily, or you can do this every other day but do it!
This will help you think of all the things in your mind that you do have vs what you don’t, which serves you no purpose in dwelling in…
Unless going insane is something you want out of life.
This will improve your mood, calm you down and really get you excited about what you’ve already done in life/ what it could be like for you long term.
You will not forget things because it’s all there for you to look back on if you wish to.
Pull The Trigger
If you got multiple choice you must select something to move forward right?
Although this is the case what I am seeing in others is then not making any choice at all, because they are spending too long overthinking.
Whilst you do that you inbox is over-flowing, letters, bills, request, doors opening for you that you don’t even see because it’s messy upstairs.
You need to pull that trigger every single day in this life and make a choice because this is what life is made of for you to advance choices.
Instead of thinking about what if I make the wrong ones, think about what you are doing by not choosing.. you for sure lose then.
Something that can be chosen to do in a day does not have to take 2 years to come to the choice that it needs to be done…
It’s crazy and a huge waste of your time, yes your future self is just a concept, but you can manifest it only by being that person in the present every day.
I would be in fear to pull the trigger too if my mind was blurry and can’t see the target because my mind is piled up with clutter, so everyday work on this & you will see the change.
