Well it can be done, but have you ever thought about dashing as well?

Trust me it sounds more hectic than it actually is, and if you give me a chance I will talk about how it can help you like it did for me for my cardio, but yet can help you lose weight together.Β

So How Do I Walk Correctly ?
It’s easy you put one foot in front of the other, you get into your head even before you go for your walk
that you’re going to get these steps in at home first.
Everything that you do just add more steps, this will do you the world of good and will add to your 10K steps you’re meant to be walking at a minimum anyway.

I would say wearing walking shoes or ones that are comfy will help because ideally you want to be walking some place far or just many laps around to burn more calories, you don’t want blisters or hurt heel or ankle now.

Also try to make every step count when you are walking and just walk with a purpose, I love to get my rhythm going, and then it feels like I’m just gliding…

Plus this can be something you can do daily if you wish so please pace yourself, I love to walk with my chest out and head held high too it gives me a spring in my step you know.
Β
Then I pick up the pace and go faster, but you do it how you feel and judge the distance of your destination to how much and how fast you can walk over a distance.

But the main thing you need to do is just to start it’s so easy to put off walking for your health, but if we make it something that we must do then it’s going to help you to lose weight and build up for sure.

Ok What’s All This Dashing About ?
Ok hear me out please?
I found this out myself when I was walking in the Forrest one day, I thought let me just dash from one bit of grass to the next it was less than 100 meters.Β
From A to B super short, so I did this dashed there and back there and back there and back… So that’s like for 20 to 30 secs max.
Β
What you’ll find with that is when your body is not ready for it nor your mind, it will send your body into shock as it was so relaxed expecting a brisk walk but instead randomly dashing around.
Β
You can call this HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) & it does not last long but it will tire you at an end of a walk, get your heart racing and burn fat.

Overtime what will start to happen is that your cardio will increase, which is heaven for your stamina, over a short distance that is… I know you can do it!
