How To Adjust Your Eating Habits

This is all about how to adjust your eating habits, in a healthy & none stressful way!

It’s not hard, but it’s harder if you don’t have an idea/or much of an idea, so I’ll help you with this.

So everything that you’re doing here, are small steps.

When this multiple they become big & get bigger & bigger the more often you do them right ?

So the first thing I want you to do is to slow down, your days of rushing around and being so stressed about your healthy eating is over, if you’re reading this, you’ve made it!

All you have to do is slow down, pick up the gems & apply them, or look up & you can get help from me or one of my programs or plans & so on!

By slowing down, you’ll learn that this takes many days, sorry to say that if you think that it’s just an overnight thing, you’ve been lied to from a scammer/fraud & even if you were to go under the knife, if you were even able to live post opp/after the surgery, you will still have to maintain it, which is the real work here, there is no shortcut, this is something you have to get your head around.

Even if you have a gastric bag, you’re being put on a limit, no ? So really think about what I’m telling you hear, slow & steady wins the race.

Examples of what you can do, switching from white grains to brown grains, you know your rice, bread, pastas etc.

You make water your primary drink, and drink less of the other crap/ if at all (Depending on where you are at).

Replace one unhealthy food with a healthy one, and keep doing it over the weeks until, it’s all healthy.

In my exp with clients, Lunch seems the easiest to start off with, that and your snacks, as those don’t tend to be that heavy on the most part.

Help yourself & make the right choices daily for your health!

Keep water, healthy foods and snacks in your home & put them where you can see them, and lock away the junk/stop buying them full stop (Over time) Work on eating out at less & learning when you do eat out the best choices for your health.

When eating your meals, work on being mindful, this will do wonders for your mental health & away from any issues in your life (In the moment)

Keep foods you enjoy eating, you’re still eating healthy foods, over time that should be more than the unhealthy, and when you do this, you’ll see the true value and worth of the unhealthy & the choice to skip eating it, or not eat it at all, it’s then your taste buds are free from addiction.

You will be able to judge more, and really taste what it tastes like, you may still have it, but 9/10 you will not want it… I know this from exp (Only I lit don’t eat anything unhealthy)

So I know and have exp it, this is not theory LMAO!

Lastly avoid distractions whilst eating, new habits are hard to stick with at first, as it is without you being distracted, when it’s all on auto…

By all means do what you like but for best results, this works at treat!

THAT’S IT!

I’ve enjoyed sharing that with you, let me know what you think.

Until next time, ciao 🙂
