How Do I Know If What I’m Eating Is Good For Me Or Not ?

These following words get used a lot when talking about food that is good for us…

Whole foods, Plant-based, Organic, all natural food or even local food!

There are many words that can be used when it comes to this, some are exactly what they say, others are marketing temptations to trick you & not really about it…

What we know for sure is processed food ain’t it right ?

So with that being said, let’s keep it simple, the rules for healthy eating & keeping it simple is eating real food.

What does that mean ?

It means food that is natural from the ground, or a tree lol, in it’s original form or very close to it (It’s not hard)  It should be rich in nutrients & free of additives too.

Fruits and vegetables, you cannot go wrong with that, if you’re a meat or fish eater, make sure your beef is grass-fed your Salmon is wild & your eggshells are actually white & Not brownish colour from the shops.

It’s really the only food in town, the rest really is not food at all, it’s trash to make you sicker, addicted and a zombie..

Which makes you easier to control and manipulate.

They got you thinking that you need to avoid eating oatmeal & pasta & yoghurt, but be eating McDonald’s & KFC it’s crazy to me, the processed foods are the ones that are really bad for us, will give you health complications in the long run, yet the real food is the weird choice, it’s really sad..

The addiction is real!

Let’s stick to the processed trash that most of the population are eating, you’ll find that they don’t know how to read a food label, so it makes things even worse, as they have to decode everything, they get frustrated and then just lump it onto the trolley.

When in fact something could be organic on it, but only be that because they did not put pesticides on it, but it was created in a lab!

Also, many chemical additives are derived from plants, which makes it legal for the food industry to con you, and call it natural.

The food industry knows no shame, and even going as far to label food such as crackers & fake processed meat as plant-based LMAO!

Processed food always was too good to be true, they preyed on instant food to be eaten & got us good and proper.

In The Mid-20’s it became really bad, and process food supplies came thick and fast, they began doing their experiments on these foods via…

Adding, subtracting & X-ing food and filling it up with sugar & salt and all types of metals and so on & selling it for next to nothing.

You know, they first started testing out these processed foods on a bunch of Rats & if they did not die straight away, that’s like within the first 4 to six weeks, it was given the green light & considered good enough for us to eat.

You can see this all the way into modern day, where the mindset is everything short-term & now, now ,now!

Nobody then stopped and thought about the long-term effects of messing about with the food supply.

They really believe because you don’t drop down dead straight away, that means it’s non-toxic and is good to eat, it’s the same way cigs and cigars were sold, for you to smoke…

Now we all know how that goes in the long term, right ?

They really think that, what we don’t know, won’t hurt, but they could not be more wrong.

What you choose to eat matters, the source matters, if you keep your head in the sand and treat your metabolism like it’s a dummy, let’s say in your teens & 20’s you think it’s all good right?

What you’ll come to find out is that your metabolism will slow down, you will pay the price later on in life.. You’ll not be teens & in your 20’s forever, you’ll end up with health consequences of your actions, if it’s really bad you could get them in your teens or early 20’s.

The worst part is, we still don’t know the full impact of all the additives that are being put into processed foods, so with that being said, you don’t really need to be finding out the hard way, I would encourage you to start eating real food.

The food industry will keep things hidden, but slowly and surely the truth of everything will come to light, they will have to adapt and change, like they have done over the years, to slightly adjust processed food to make it less harmful, even though it’s still very harmful, there is no reason to keep eating this trash, your body is your one place on earth you have to live, it’s your vessel to take you from place to place…

Fill it up with processed foods, you will have a lifetime of health complications, if not drop down dead (I hope not) If life is so short anyway, why are you making it extra short ?

The simple thing in life, for many is the hardest thing to do, but in this case..

It will give you a full life, at your best & not depressed, overweight, sick & on end of life care, if you’re still eating trash at this point, I say to you, WAKE TF UP! Or not.. It’s lit your funeral

THAT’S IT!

I’ve enjoyed sharing that with you, let me know what you think.

Until next time, ciao 🙂

We Look Up 大
