Get Use To Change & You’ll Love Exercise & Life A Lot More!

Change is inevitable, whether you want to accept it or not.

This is why I choose to make this, as life gets a lot better when you do.

I found in my experience working with my Di1’s, Clients, and just those I’ve met in my life is that those that suffer the most have a hard time with the concept of change.

Once you get it and you accept it, getting down to working out will be so much better.

You can know something and not accept, and it causes misery for the rest of your life, or get you unmotivated to do anything.

The lesser you, to be the best you, that you can be every time you wake up, you have to be open..

Open to what ?

To a lot of things, but in this case change, as you are changing even if you think you are going forward or back, time stops for nobody (Even though that’s a man made concept lmao)

You get what I’m saying, life is not waiting for you to move, so keep taking your steps even when things are not going your way.

I’ve got 8 letters that are private from those that I worked with either in coaching or therapy & they have all echoed the power of my life is now changed as I took change as it’s going to happen, change does not have to be a bad thing, and so on.

Point being, if you think nothing is going to change, not only are you dead wrong, it’s very negative and naive to think so, just because you don’t see it does not mean it’s not going.

This is why a lot of you carry on smoking, oh we can’t see what is going on to my lungs it’s fine, if you saw what your lungs looked like, you would not be smoking, a lot of you would drop it like a stone.

So ask yourself the question, am I open to change ?

If you want this and want that in life, including to get healthy, are you open to the idea?

Are you open to doing what it takes even when it gets tough/ when you don’t feel like it ?

These are the things I want you to think about, I wish you all the best with this & I hope deep inside of you, if you are fighting or resent change, that in fact changes for you.

THAT’S IT!

I’ve enjoyed sharing that with you, let me know what you think.

Until next time, ciao 🙂

We Look Up 大
