Festive Season Focus, Aim, Fire!

Dear Di1’s

The Festive season is upon us and I’m super excited!

As you may know December is one of the peak times for people who are looking to lose weight, become fitter, or gain muscle mass.

So I’m going to be up to my neck in enquirers, and the ones who are the best fit to work with me and are aligned with my philosophy (Click Here) I will work with over this month and into the new year.

Of course I am looking forward to enjoying this festive season as well with my loved ones, and really focus on my new goals for 2020 on everything both business & personal.

However the reason I’m typing this is talk about not getting complacent when it comes to the festive season.. “What do you mean?”

Let’s fast forward to New year of January another peak month for people looking to lose weight etc.

Now everybody signs up & spends a lot of cash on gym memberships (Before you’ve got the fire!)  pills, shakes & powders that are killing you from the inside..

Which is why you don’t see me advertising, advocating or selling them, because I’m not a shark looking to eat you up and take your money at your expense.

Then after a couple of weeks nobody is coming to the gym anymore in that volume, and you’ve just burned a load of money, after wanting to become healthier so bad.. But why was that?

The reason was because these people ate reckless during the festive period and got shook on the 29th of Dec and said..

“Damn I can’t believe how much I’ve eaten I’m going to need to lose some weight”or..

“You know what my new year’s resolution is to lose weight”.

We all know how this story ends it last for a lil while and then that’s it because the reason why was not strong enough and New Year’s resolutions Suck (Click Here)

So now if we rewind back to the present which is in Dec how can we right now the Di1’s not end up in that pitfall?

Well for all the ones that have been eating so good (That’s healthy by the way not on fast food Trash) we cannot naively think that are eating patterns are going to be same, It’s not.

We simply eat more around this time of year, so are eating volume increases, and we tend to drink more too (For me that’s just water & some form of milk)

So we must decided not even just how much will eat, but what I’m going to be eating that’s healthy for me over the festive period.

Then what I’m not going to be eating that I know that’s going to set me back on my weight loss/ health goals.

Is that pudding really worth it and then in a month’s time you’re back to eating cakes and muffins on a regular?

Or maybe you say “I’ll have some alcoholic beverage because it’s been ages since I decided to cut back or stop fully”, then you end up losing the development of that six-pack you’ve been working so hard for the last 11 months, are those drinks really worth it?

Only you yourself can answer that, I don’t want any Di1’s being like most individuals panicking over the Festive season and rushing out and spending your money recklessly on things looking for some shortcut, that will give you exactly that but to depression & an early grave!

Really start focusing over the Festive period of what you really want out of this, because if you really want this no Festive period is going to make you slip.

As although you will want to have fun and let lose, there’s a major difference between letting loose and being reckless.

No matter what that focus has got to be there remember why you started. Ok now the aim.

What is your aim over the Festive period?

How many meals are you aiming to have? How many snacks?

How much water are you going to have to stay hydrated and fresh for the New Year?

These things if you think about them now and write them out then you will have something to aim for. I mean nobody wants to be firing blanks right!

If you know what you are aiming for you have some type of goal over the festive period you will less likely fall under the temptation to over indulge on food and drink that’s going to set you back, and leave you worse off.

Then of course fire! GO FOR IT!! JUST DO IT!!!

Don’t look back either just look up at all of the wonderful opportunities & doors that will now open up themselves for you, because you decided
To take action and take your health into your own hands, in a period which is the most difficult & pressured via the media and the masses to indulge in such trash and poison.

I’m so proud of everyone that has been working so hard this year but this is the final push of the year, remember why you started and keep going ok!

I’m here for each and everyone of you. For all the Di1’s that have been here for a quite a while to all the people that have just discovered me this year!

So here’s to a fantastic Festive period with your loved ones.. Have fun, be joyful, experience happiness & remember what’s really important to you.

If you would like me to coach you over the Festive period just hit me up here & the program is here (Click Here)

Much Love

Karim XO
