Not everything has to be a big change from the word go, you know.
Small changes/ steps can get you to where you need to be, which is healthy.

If yes, then please do so, as it’s vital, these pandemic years have shown that to be fact.
So below are some healthy eating tips you can use right away for yourself, so you can get started or improve on what you’re doing now.
Cook At Home
Cooking really is a life skill, it means you are not dependent on someone to cook for you, you can really know what goes in your meals & it will mentally give you a boost as, you did it yourself!
It saves you money too in the long term, I fit into this very well.
Some of you may or may not know this, but I’m an ex Chef & I enjoy cooking meals.
I know a lot of my Di1’s and a lot of the population rely on takeout food, for many reasons.
I would encourage everyone, to learn at least 3 lunches & dinners you can cook by yourself, that are healthy and nutritious of course also.
These can be like your go-to’s over time, then you will add more when you get comfy in the kitchen!
If you’re used to that restaurant life & eating out there often, you can still make your own food one or two times per in a week. This would be a start, then you increase it if you wish to.
Eat Your Whole Foods Guy’s/Girls
To not do so, is to play yourself!
You cannot be healthy without it, just because you are breathing does not mean you’re healthy, it means you’re alive!
Get rid of this notion & sugar coating to make yourself feel good, and stop taking blue pills (Media Brainwashing) & wake up!
Whole foods are based mainly on food that is first of all real & second gives you more life.
Fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans, whole grains, proteins (Not the shake, think eggs or fish etc)
When we consume these foods often, the results show & you can tell!
Cut Out Fizzy Drinks
If you’re still drinking this, you’re not healthy.
Be mad, I could care less, too many health experts cannot give it up you see…
They let addiction creep up on them, just one more sip, just one more… ok this is the last one!
My backside, I don’t trust no one advising me on health, that is drinking such poison.
The clue is in its name, but you know fools will be fools!
If it’s not helping you, it’s killing you, in one way or another.
For those that are willing, and really about that life… I dare you
to cut out energy drinks, sweetened coffees and store bought fruit juices too.
You can do one of them, once you have black belt on it, go to the next one.
In like 18 to 24 months you’d even forget what some of those foul drinks taste like.
I can type with this type of energy, I really live this life, I am THE HEALTHY ONE!
There is nothing that I don’t advise you to do, that I don’t do or I would not do if I was in that spot.
It’s these standards that got me up, I want that for all my Di1’s… This is not a game to me.
I’m out for the win… Is you ?
Get The Food In Your Self!
Some of you may grow your own food, more of you most likely buy from the store.
Which either side it is for you, make sure it’s you doing it, so you know what is there regularly.
One of the main stumbling blocks with sticking to eating healthy food, is that you don’t even know what food you do have.
Nothing is planned, life gets in the way & as they say you fail to plan you plan to fail.
When you go shopping, make a list of all the food that you will get, no more shopping for food and just winging it.
This is how you got sold things, you never wanted in the first place, most of it does not work or is bad for you.
When you know what is you want, it’s planned, you feel more confident in the store, you won’t feel guilt & you will learn, over time, what is doing your body good and what is not.
For example, oh I cannot eat pizza as it’s so bad for me, I was told once before.
I said you don’t have to stop eating pizza, you could just make the base out of sweet potato instead.
You could also make the toppings more veg based or put leaning meat, if you really want meat too, I said.
You see, there is plenty we can do & eat when we plan & think outside the box with an open mind, to not what he or she said.. but to what is.
I am aware everyone health, and what they eat, will never be the same.
Neither though is our breathing, but there are 101’s in breathing.
For example, if I hold my breath & keep doing so without letting go I will die!
It’s the same with eating and drinking trash, you know what comes, some of you are facing the penalty of that right now.
Or you know someone that is going through it, I want you out of it.
Me wanting that for you, means nothing, If I want that more than you!
Go buy those foods for yourself ASAP & take time to make a plan,
that small bit of time and effort will pay off.
Pick Foods That Fill You
If you do not wish to over eat, you need to eat filling food.
That is food that is filled with fibre, that’s from nutritious meals to even your snacks.
Processed foods that are filled with added sugar, are making you hungry quicker & then you start eating more of the processed foods, over time this leads to chronic disease…
Obesity being one of them.
Water should be your go-to drink.
If you are starting out, get yourself a reusable water bottle and fill it up daily.
During your day, you should be drinking from that, once it’s done, that’s your lot.
If you can stick to this, you will be flying and feel so much better.
You will think much better when you are hydrated and sober, it’s just facts.
Your mind is on another level when you feed it and take care of it.
Not The Only Food In Town
Sometimes we get use to a food, and end up getting bored with eating it.
The thing with healthy food is that, there are many of them.
You don’t have to eat the same thing over and over again.
You can chop and change, just like you did with that trash you were eating.
You have to be eating healthy daily & that’s just a daily payment to enter the club!
This is why I advise all of you to seek a health expert (COUGH) They will always be better at helping you, as this is what they do.
Yes, they’re levels to this, but they are better than some random that don’t live this life.
You need to see it like a lawyer or a surgeon, it won’t take long to find out who really knows and who’s full of cows, beeeeeeeeep!
Nutritionist, dietitians can help you develop all of this… It’s a part of our job, after all.
We can also plan what foods work for you and your needs to fit your schedule.
