If you still haven’t lost your quarantine weight yet, don’t give up.

 

Stress, other health concerns, financial problems and just a big ? on life via the pandemic may have contributed a lot for your overeating.

 

Along with being stuck inside most of the time before, it may have left your mental health in pieces… Which is one of the reasons why I started my own  therapy sessions (Di1 Therapy).

  

Changes in your lifestyle too, you may find yourself lying around more, and going out less, so you’re not losing the weight that you should be if you were outside.

 

These are all factors, and you should not just write yourself off like that, ok?.

 

You can still fight this and win, here is how.

I knew this would be useful in the long run & I was not wrong please read this if you’ve not already, It’s all about how to lose your quarantine weight… (Read More) .

 

I will talk about two things that you can do on this though, I know it will help you lose!

 

The first one is to cook more at home.

 

Stop all this take out food, and really start using simple ingredients if you cannot cook, and get use to making yourself the food that your body needs , which are fresh and real.

 

You’re in control when you make your own food, as you oversee everything that is in it, here you’ll pick up on what you like and don’t like and come up with combos… Not just on street fighter!

 

Those that eat home cooked meals mostly, are in better shape and in better health vs those that rely on take-outs.

  

You should aim for 7 if you can but the lowest is 5 cooked meals, if you have  someone making your meals for you, and it’s healthy like some chefs love to do this, then I’m not talking about you!

 

This is for those that are ordering KFC and such trash.

 

To be honest even if you’re going to the restaurant, it still applies as a rule of thumb I would only go like twice out of the 7 weekly, vs 5 times there and only two at home.

 

Don’t let the kitchen be a stranger to you, if you cannot cook… A) Learn/ B)Find someone who will cook for you… As it’s a must that you eat more home cooked meals than anything else.

 

Let me be clear, this is for overall health not just weight loss goals… If you never knew that, well now you know & should tell all those you care about.

 

Don’t Be So Harsh On Yourself

We are going into a new era of living right now.

 

You need to learn and adjust and do things in a new way, right ?

 

You’re used to you old way of living, so it’s going to take time.

 

Don’t beat yourself up when you slip, be aware of the fall and get back up!

 

Remind yourself of why you’re doing this in the first place and keep it pushing.

 

I know you can do this!!!
