Don’t Become Complacent Because It’s Vegan

This is a reaction to a short article you wanted me to cover from the  sun  scum, so I’m going to go through it & give my thoughts/tips & advice.

As you can read the headline above me, a lot of you seemed very shocked, right ?

You see the word Vegan and think it’s healthy, or why would I need to bother to check it’s Vegan, it must be good, right ?

Wrong! Vegan food is healthy, let me make that clear to you, just like food is healthy, right ?

Junk/ trash is no good for you, the issue with Vegans is that they (Food comps) know that the Vegans may not eat meat, but can get them with candy and chocolate for example and will sell that, Vegan eating is just one aspect of it, theirs levels to this my Di1’s.

Your eyes don’t play tricks on you, when you see an oversized Vegan, what are they eating?

Junk/trash, of course not all, I’m talking about those that are over weight, no matter the excuses that are giving like, the meds they may be taking or whatever, 90 percent are in denial…

Even if it were true, you then have to make adjustments, so they did not do something right, hence the weight gain, if that hurts you, then it applies.

So to me right here, as you can see above what they have done, they’ve made it look like it’s healthy.

Your rice, the Vegan chicken and all that, you would assume it is healthy, I get it.

What I’m telling you is don’t, always check the labels, if it’s in a packet & it’s not pure veg or fruit that you can see with your eyes, then check the label!

The red flag I see here is first of all the name of this, “Lazy Vegan” you thought it was you they was talking about right ?

Oh, hahaha! It’s so funny, yeah? (No it’s not) when the whole time they were talking about them.

What happens when you’re lazy when making food ?

It doesn’t end well, so why you would even buy this, tells me something about you, and I don’t take it as a joke as this is making you sicker, I’m here to push you to raise your standards, you can do better than this, the hell you buying food that has lazy on it, SMH!

The other red flag is the colour of the packet, when you see colours that are bright like this, it’s an indicator that it’s most likely got something in it, in this case too much sugar, which is what it normally is, just like a Poison dart frog its bright colour is to ward you away from it.

The article goes on to say the following…

The Vegan meals sold there are on par with the meat based M&S roast beef Yorkshire pudding meal, when it came to salt, too.

Again it’s not just sugar, high salt content is not good for you, be on the lookout for that, and go for food with no to very little salt, and more to the point stop adding salt with everything, you will be much better off.

The article says, “Some of its Asian veggie ready meals contain almost double the amount of dangerous saturated fats and salt as meat choices”.

This is what happens when you skimp on cost, and looking to get the consumer hooked on something, over their health and putting in effort to make food taste good, but also healthy, it can be done, but because you have to put in effort, they don’t want to make time, it’s just profits over everything, It’s a disgusting way to act, but this is what they do, time and time again.

The last part of the article states that “Sainsbury’s Vegan meals were also high in unhealthy content”, was I meant to be shocked ?

LOL, they are all at it to some degree in supermarkets, your local farm would not sell this rubbish, I would predict.

So if we can stop being so tempted to eat these foods with high sugar, salt and bad fat (Not all fat is equal), you’ll be much healthier, you do this by buying real food for one & two if you are buying food that needs a label, start looking at it, I really hope this helps!

THAT’S IT!

So That Was My Reaction, Let Me Know What Yours Please.. Ciao for now 🙂

We Look Up 大
