Coke Zero Sugar has been marketed as a healthy choice of drink because it has no Sugar in it.
So why am I saying that Coke Zero Sugar Is For Losers?
Well those that think they will drink this or Diet Coke or any coke for that matter… Will lose and keep on losing until they wake up to the fact that it’s a losers drink.
Now please correct me if I’m wrong but the only thing you’re here for is to lose weight & excess junk that is only making you unhealthier or gain weight?
So there’s no way on God’s green earth that I will be suggesting you drink this drink!
You’re are being conned as Coca-Cola are taking you for fools they think if they say Zero Sugar you will rush out and buy it… This is way deeper than whether or not the drink has sugar in it… let me drop some 💎💎
Zero Di Nutritional Value
Now if you look at the back of the label, it will look something like…
Fat: 0 Grams
Protein: 0 Grams
Sugar: 0 Grams (of course)
Sodium:2% of the Daily Value AKA DV
Sounds pretty good right 0 after 0 right?
Wrong this has artificial sweeteners instead.
This contributes to the development of Metabolic syndrome and Obesity, there is a really big debate going on because people are defending artificial sweeteners in the health industry, but all the defense is offering is that it’s not clear enough yet and you should just close your eyes, drink and hope nothing happens.
So no one really is saying yes this is healthy to drink. (Experts not Coca-Cola 😅)
The artificial sweeteners used are Aspartame and Ace-K AKA Acesulfame Potassium. (Ace-K sounds cooler 🤷🏿♂️)
The rest of ingredients are Caramel colour, food additives & carbonated water.
Artificial Sweeteners No Thanks
Many studies have shown that people who drank more than 10 artificially beverages every week tripled their risk of becoming overweight or obese, compared to those that did not drink these kinds of drinks… That is apparently for our health.
On further studying the numbers on how many people have lost weight via drinking Coke Zero Sugar in 10 years the average is only 98 percent, now I don’t know about you but that’s very poor.
If those small number of people did lose weight via drinking these drinks I’m sure it was only a bit of weight and there were other factors involved.
Bad Teeth Anyone?
I want all of my teeth for Christmas and for many more years to come ok!
If you’re down for keeping all of your teeth then why would you drink this then?
Drinking Coke Zero Sugar & other diet sodas increases your risk of your teeth rotting and falling out.
One of the ingredients in Coke Zero Sugar, if you look at the back of the can, is Phosphoric acid… (not good for our teeth)
Phosphoric acid cause’s enamel and tooth erosion.
There are many other drinks that have an even worse for this and they include Mountain Dew, Sprite & Apple Juice… Yup Fruit juices from the store are unhealthy too (Click Here)
Now as we already know Coke Zero Sugar is Sugar free.
However, what you must know is that its substitutes are not really any healthier for you to be consuming, in fact you’ve got a high risk of getting Diabetes.
I’m talking about type-2 diabetes, remembering that this is well known because so many have it via consuming sugary trash and yet this has zero and yet you’re still at risk.
Many studies have shown that drinking this on a regular is leading to many chronic diseases.
“Zero Sugar but many chronic diseases.”
I don’t think that’s going at the back of the label, do you?

Coke Zero Sugar does not add anything but more problems, & as we have seen these Diet sodas are unhealthy for us to be drinking.
If you really want to reduce your sugar intake or want to be healthier, the truth be told you wouldn’t be going for Soda of any kind.
You must be honest with yourself if you want this you’ll not be drinking this point blank period…
