What is the use of sleeping with so many bad thoughts in your head?

Β All you spend your time doing, is moving around your bed like you are grabbling for a WWE belt!

Instead, I want to talk about clearing your mind before you go to bed.

How To Clear Your Mind
I believe what works best when you are starting out, is to work backwards.
Β
What I mean by that is, when you wake in the morning, do you think about what it will be like when you sleep that very night?
Β
Β If we think about the ending first, you can plan ahead… Mentally of course.
Β
So, everything that you’re doing, in terms of your thoughts, is to get you to have a great night’s sleep, ok?
Β
Β What I’m being told most often from those that suffer from sleep is, I want a good sleep but I really suck, and my life is bad rah rah rah, this is putting your mind in a negative state.
Β
How is this going to help you sleep, if anything you suffer before you sleep and then when you fail to sleep in bed, just moving around!
Β
Β It makes zero sense, it’s the easy way to go out and get pills from the counter, or drink etc.
Β
These things don’t last, a clear and sound mind does, it just takes longer.
Β
Your mind will work for you, it’s for you… You just have to be for your mind too & stop getting in your own way. So once our thoughts are positive, the next thing to do is to set the scene.

You need to make your bedroom a place where it looks the part, clean your room…
Β
This does wonders for your mind to see a place where it’s not all messy and dirty, and plus when you clean you will know you’re doing, so you can fall asleep right, so that will go into your mind, and it will be that much easier to fall asleep, as this is what it’s for.

Ok, so you have a clean bedroom, now you could buy/order things to aid you like candle scents, crystals, bubble bath etc.

It could be just framing a picture on a wall, or plants or something you to collect, whatever makes your room more of your room..
Β
It’s meant to be your safe space, a place where you can find peace, your mind is one thing but what you see can put you off, so set a good scene and that will more than likely improve your mood for your thoughts.

Β Things happen in life, we can become negative real quick, we can also have good things happen and feel a rush of excitement which is no good for our sleep either!
Β
So whatever the feeling that you feel right now, I would encourage you before bed to write out how you feel, make a 60-second video about how you feel, if you don’t want to write…

You leave it there in the book/phone, and it’s there youΒ can let it go, and are now off to bed for a brand-new start and a new day!
Β
Go back to your roots as a child when once the day was over, it was over and not over thinking about the past.
Β
Then as the months go by, you will see what feelings you have most, what triggers you, what works for you to put you in a better mood to sleep, and just learn more about yourself.

We wing so much when it comes to how we feel, and knowing us more, like we know everything, even though we are moving in a story that is being written with our consent or not…

The most important person to know about is yourself!

I think if we start at the source, which is within us, we can all over time clear our minds and sleep better without having to take things that harm us, or we end up depending on it like a crutch.
