Apples Are Great Forget What Happened To Snow White!

Apples literally fall from trees & are very well known fruit for a reason.

They’re very healthy with benefits I’ll list soon…

So let’s stop leaving our apples to rot or thinking we going to end up like snow white if we eat one & let’s do thissss!

 Apples Are Just Very Nutritious

Apples have carbs, fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, potassium, manganese, copper & Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2 & Vitamin E.

To get all of these nutrients you must stop peeling the skin of an apple as I know a lot of my Di1’s do this and it’s no no keep it on!

For those of you that just eat it whole, keep doing what you’re doing.

Apples Are Great For  Weight Loss

Apples are very filling you know, you may be asking why is that ?… Soon as it’s not that big.

Well it has high amounts of fiber & water which them to on their own are filling, let alone as a combo.

So this helps you eat less food than you would normally do and just the natural compounds in apples promotes weight loss for sure.

Lowers The  Risk of Diabetes

If you want to avoid getting  type 2 diabetes then this is a good way to lower it.

The polyphenols in apples helps prevent any tissue damage to your pancreas it’s called beta cells.

Beta cells produce insulin in your body and are often damaged in those that have type 2 diabetes I would say.

Apples Are Good For The  Heart

As it says above apples are good for the heart, becasue they lower the chances of getting heart disease to start with.

It has soluble fiber and this helps lower your blood cholesterol levels.

Like I said most of the good stuff is in the skin so eat it whole, it also has flavonoid epicatechin, which lowers blood pressure.

This flavonoid is linked to a 20 percent risk of lowering your chances of having a stroke and prevents heart disease by lowering your blood pressure…

Which lowers your  bad LDL and acts like an antioxidant.

Apples Can Help Team Asthma

Asthmaaaaaaa Team Listen up!

Apples help protect your lungs from oxidative damage.

There is a study out where those that eat a load of apples throughout the years, has a much lower risk of getting astham.

The apple skin contains flavonoid quercetin, this helps regulate the immune system and helps reduce inflammation, so get eating apples daily if you suffer from this/ want to prevent it…

It works in some cases but not all.

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
