Anxiety Tips That Help

It cannot be fun having anxiety at all, your heart beating faster in response to a stressful situation, or even, your palms getting all sweaty when you’ve been overwhelmed by an event of some sort/work.

If you don’t know already, it’s your body’s natural response to a high amount of stress….

So in that way it’s not weird, everyone has their triggers, but from my exp with helping those with anxiety I’ve come across some common ones like…

Lot’s of paper work or course work and the sense that you are falling behind, and your life is over, new job, meeting your partner’s family for the first time, public speaking & mum and dad having a huge row.

To find out what it is exactly takes time, but in the meantime if you’re suffering from anxiety, here are some things that can help calm you down or stop your anxiety from taking over.

How To Deal With It Alone

The old saying about having to question everything, well question your thought pattern too.

Negative thoughts can take root in your mind and mess up your mind really bad if you let.

It gets to fear quick, the best way when this happens is to challenge your fear.

See, in whatever it is, how you can take back control, even if it’s just a small thing. So next time the fear is weaker than it was.

Practice on your breathing, deep breaths!

Breathe in for 4 secs and then breathe out, do this for like 5 or 10 minutes.

When you even out your breath, your heart rate drops low, this will help you calm down.

Going for a walk helps so much also, to clear your mind and away from the thoughts of fear.

Also, yoga, helps to take you away from your fears and really come back to a calmer state.

Take the time to focus on your body and not your mind, this may help relieve some of your anxiety, if not all. Write down your thoughts!

A good way to clear your mind is to write down your fears, write down how you feel.

So when it leaves you and on to paper or your phone, it stays there.

When your anxiety is random, this helps you can even look back on what you’ve put before

and the fears will lessen, it’s also not a thing that you are keeping to yourself…

What I mean is if you read out aloud what you have written down, it takes a lot of the fear away because part of the fear is you feel alone in it and no one can help, speak it out aloud the fear is not as bad as when it was just you and your demon.

How To Deal With It With Help

Ask for help, get yourself some professional help.

Especially if you feel like it’s getting out of control!

I’ve help get rid of anxiety from those that have seeked my help for many years now, and now professional for many months.

If it’s trauma from your past then I can do that with my eyes shut, if maintaining long-term strategies of behaviour is what you lack in I can help you gain that for yourself.

Sometimes too anxiety is always a part of someone’s life, but it’s how you deal with it day to day you know, and just a mind shift change is what’s needed…

Again I help kill anxiety or make it less of a big deal for those in need all the time, so if you cannot cope please just come to Di 1 Therapy I’ve got you for real (Learn More Here)

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
