All About The Oats

Forget about that bass for one second, okay?!

Oats is one of the healthiest grains you can eat, they’re a great source of vitamins, fiber, antioxidants etc.

They’re gluten-free whole grains, Though if you are intolerant I would suggest you don’t eat it, as you well know how these factories roll.

For the rest of us though we can enjoy oats, oatmeal as it has a host of benefits such as weight loss, reduced risk of heart disease &  lowers your blood sugar levels.

So I’m going to go through the benefits some more, enjoy!

Keeps You Fuller For Longer

This is great for our weight loss goals, or just not putting on weight even if you are slim.

As it keeps you, full during the day, why?…

It has a good amount of fiber in it, and fiber keeps us fuller, than foods without you feel me?.

The counter to this if you eat oats in excess, I take it you are looking to put on weight right?.

If not stop it, have your oats & then be done with it, but if you are looking to stack than be my guest.

Oats Di Nutritional

Oats are really rich in fiber as you know but also carbs. You cannot forget the protein too and fat (Good fat) than most of the grains out there.

They are very high in vitamins and minerals too, this is why I say oats is a great way to start your day.

Oats Are High In Soluble Fiber

This is a very good thing indeed for us, it’s called beta-glucan.

Beta-glucan has many benefits for us, reduced cholesterol being one & healthy gut bacteria being another.

This is the key really to why oats makes us feel fuller for much longer, so if we get over this whole roasting of

HAHAHAHA this is old person foods, you can reap the rewards of having this & making a healthy food choice, that your body will thank you for.

Not Packing Sugar!

Only 1gram of sugar can be found in oats!

This is a much better way to start your day than eating some B.S cereal that has added sugar in it.

I get asked a lot should I add brown sugar to my oats, my answer is no.

Brown sugar is not healthy at all!

It’s just more so than the white one, it’s going to send your body crashing down…

If drama and depression is what you want than it’s a great choice, for the rest of us not so much.

Needless to say you could end up with diabetes, from eating too much sugar over the years, you’ll not be in
such a state from eating oats.

What Type Of Oats Should I Get?

Rolled oats I think a lot of you will like, it tastes better too.

Irish oats AKA Steel-cut oats taste chewier and more nutty and hard.

Knowing you Di1’s like I don’t think you would enjoy it that much but,
it’s more pure than rolled oats, so if you want to try it for yourself, go for it.

I would avoid quick oats and instant oats, they are not even the same…

The reason I say this is that instant oats is trash and packed with sugar,
quick oats are fine, but you would have to check the label as the two could cross paths or look the same, and then you would be like that Karim boy said LMAO!

So don’t buy them nor get ones that have added sugar in them, they will normally be in a bright coloured box & so avoid them dart frogs  please.

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
