5 Ways To Drink Water Daily

We all know how important drinking water is for our health (Click Here), and drinking enough throughout the day is good…

Doing it daily though is optimal for our health.

Water plays major roles in our bodies such as blood pressure, regulating our body temperatures, helping our cell health, electrolyte balance, and lubricating our joints.

A lot of us are not staying hydrated during the day which sucks, doing so can be difficult at times especially when life is happening to us.

So here are 5 ways to drink water daily!

Set A Daily Water Goal/ Reminders

Let’s talk about setting a daily water goal first.
This will help you drink more water especially in your transition period in the beginning.

Just by having a goal in place can be very motivating and make you more focused and likely to make this positive and much needed change in your life.

Just like any other goal (Click Here) for it to be really effective it must be these things below…

Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Smart
Time frame

For example the time frame one, you will know that you’ve got until the end of the day to do it in easy right?

Set A Daily Water Goal/Reminders Like 3 glasses in the morning2 in the afternoon and then 3 in the evening time.

Reminders now…

It also helps when you’re recording your progress, whether in written form or digitalized.

This will keep you focused and motivated to getting to your goal daily and turn it to an auto habit.

What all of you can do though is set reminders to drink more water using an app or your alarm on your smartphones.

This is why you wont have to guess you will know, plus you want have to be thinking so much about it and focus on whatever else you’re doing.

Replace Your Other Drinks With Water

One way to ensure you drink more water is for the Water to be the first thing you think of when drinking anything period.

Drinking drinks that are filled with added sugars is a dumbass move, and is very bad for you health.

Replace Your Other Drinks With Water. it’s hurting your health, fruit juices I can more understand because you would assume it’s health although that is nearly as bad (Click Here) .

People that have a high intake of added sugar are most likely to end up with chronicle diseases such as Obesity, Type 2-Diabetes & Heart disease.

It’s so easy because one no money is involved, you can easily cut calories for those that worry about that and it will help you lose weight.

Keep A Reusable Bottle With You

You must keep a water bottle with you throughout the day. This will help you drink more water and is a smart move.

When you have a reusable Water bottle, first of all you don’t have to be making the plastic problem even worse that is plaguing the sea, plus when youre at work, traveling, school or at home you’ve got it with you.

When you see the bottle on the desk or the table you will remember to drink more.

Invest In A Water Filter

In the U.K. & U.S.A most of the tap water is safe for us to drink.

There are a few exceptions like Flint Michigan.

Keep A Reusable Bottle With You.

For safety reasons though many including myself have decided to invest in a Water filter.

There is a level of filter for almost every budget and is well worth the investment.

I’d also like to add that the filtering of your water improves the taste.

The point of using Water filters is to reduce the levels of Bacteria, Arsenic & Lead found in contaminated tap water.

Using Water filter is also not as expensive as buying plastic water bottles every day, which is not only bad for the planet (Ends up in the sea)

It’s no different as a whole than tape water.

Sip, Sip Sip During The Day

Sip, sip sip during the day consistently during the day is another smart way to help you meet your daily water goal.

Turning this into an auto habit will save you from having a dry mouth/throat.

This is why having a Reusable Bottle is key because you can sip,sip sip easier then, and it’s always a reminder, to take a sip or two.

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know, though…
