Vegetables that are primarily the roots of the plant ย (Root Vegetables) are very Di nutritious and it is well known that if we include them in our meals, we are making a smart investment to our health. ย

What are Antioxidants? For those not aware, they are the compounds that help protect your cells against Oxidative damage and prevent diseases.

 

People that have diabetes can reduce their blood sugar levels ย quite significantly if they consume 100 grams of raw onions per day.

 

Many studies show that the risk of common types of Cancer is reduced for people who eat a higher volume of Onions.
