5 Tips For A Healthy Christmas In 2021

If the Christmas season is a struggle to keep hold of your healthy habits then this is for you.

If you’re waiting until Jan to start making healthy food choices, then again, this is for you.

You did not come this far to only get this far now, did you?

I need you focused and alert to avoid temptation over the Christmas season, as you have a new body in waiting, a revitalized mind to keep a hold of for your peace of mind & a promise that you made to yourself that you set out to take care of your health, and you did that… Until the very end.

As for waiting until Jan pffft!

You must be new around here, as that’s a 101 mistake every time!

Around here we take action right away, we don’t wait, as we know delays is what keeps you on trains, doing it now gets you on private jet planes (Quoted by moi).

Although private jet planes are bad for the planet (I was lil when I made that up… but you get my point, right?)

So I’m going to share with you 5 tips that will have you having a very merry Christmas, or a happy holiday this 2021.

Start Eating Better Now Not In Jan

You must start right away, like I’ve been saying to you, even if you slip and eat reckless one day, come back the next and eat better.

Do not be defeated and think oh well I ate (Fill in the blank of a trash food) so that means I might as well just eat bad all day… No, no, no, no NOOOOOOO!

You’re setting yourself back, you know you will regret it in the new year, and you know as well as me that this whole starting a new year’s resolution don’t stick.

If you really do believe that is your only option, then please read this, It’s all about what to do to see what you want to come to light… (Click Here)

If you have not bothered with your health this year at all, then December is the hardest time to start…

It does not mean though it cannot be done. If you can start in December, you can do it in any month, as that’s as hard as it gets for you, with all that temptation around you.

Get Your Sleep In Order

This need to be in check right away, having a good night’s sleep should not be the goal, it’s too short term minded.

Having a successful sleep pattern should be your goal, which has in it many nights of good sleep on autopilot.

I don’t understand where it came from, where you long just to have one night of good sleep, but it’s levels around here, you feel me?

Having many nights of good sleeps improves your health, keeps your weight in check, and is vital for your mental health.

I don’t care if you’re on holiday or not, your sleep is a must, you want to talk about having a healthy life, and being happy…

You cannot do that on poor sleep, long term.

How are we in the next decade and still hoping that we get the right amount of sleep?

You need 8 or 9 hours sleep per night, turn off your devices (Unless you have got blue light on them), cut off social media when preparing for bed, focus on something other than your work or problems, relax yourself, listen to soothing music, meditate etc.

If you stay up late all the time, it leaves you with mediocre results as you’re not sleeping, and your health is not healthy at all.

If you wake up too early with little sleep, to make up for the fact that you slept late, again you’re not healthy, you will  get more done….

It’s just that it won’t be your best, it will be  mediocre. So it’s best to rest and get the hours in for your best self to turn up, for you and whoever is around you. How is you being ratty, or tired and out of it helping anybody else, or even yourself?

Start Your Day With A Healthy Breakfast

The first thing that you eat sets you up for the rest of your day, no exceptions.

You need to eat smart, fruits, veggies, whole meal foods etc are your best bet.

For example, if you eat a sugary stuff in the morning, you’re setting yourself up to take an L.

It will be there in full view and even if you don’t see it, you will when you are given your chronic disease from the doctor later on in life, if that!

Vs if I ate porridge with some cut up fruit of my choice, I will be fuller for longer as it is packed with fibre.

So me overeating is not a thing, or I could even have some Greek yoghurt if porridge was not really my bag and wanted to spice things up a bit.

If you want to go down as all time dummy and eat mince pies and alcohol for breakfast, you deserve everything you get… You’re playing too much, It would mean you need a huge wake-up call in A.E, then it would be all greens and water LMAO…

Miss me with that B.S please!

All Your Food Should Be Healthy

100 percent it should be healthy, that’s the bar right there.

Your health bar in terms of the foods you eat that are healthy vs not should not be any lower, but I understand that many have their vices…

So I would say that it should be no lower than 80 percent, I’m being very generous here with that 80 percent, but I know you can do this for sure.

Anything lower is taking the mick, you’re not serious about your health in any way shape or form, and are not healthy & will suffer if you’re not already via your reckless eating habits, point-blank period!

Just like with people, keep them real……

Don’t be crying over fake ones when you’re eating from the same source, the better you eat, the better the mind…

I put that on everything, you will feel like you’re operating at a higher level, don’t short change yourself and go 50/50 as it soon becomes 80/20 on junk… 90/10 or 100/0 on junk…

Which sets you up for sickness, obesity, type 2 diabetes etc.

Work Outside The Box

You may not be able to get around to going to the gym, your treadmill at home might not be working, you know, things happen.

Whatever you do for yourself, working out must still be a part of the plan. You need to keep yourself fit and not be gaining fat over the holidays, make this the perfect time to go out for walks.

Go jogging, workout in your own home via your own body weight, they’re many exercises for that, keep your body moving!

I don’t care if it’s jumping jacks get them in, a small amount is better than nothing at all when it comes to working out…

Providing you’re doing the rest above, you can do it.

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
