4 Healthy Energy Snacks To Try

We should always be eating before our energy crashes and gets low, or really it’s too late.

You’ll more than likely overeat, It’s important then for you to be eating filling snacks that are healthy and give you the energy you need before your next meal.

Going to wastemans product and consuming his sugary trash he calls a treat has been messing you up for the longest now right ?

If you’re sick and tired of feeling low between meals, belly rumbling and just feeling cranky…. I got you.

Here are four 4 healthy energy snacks to try.

Bananas

Bananas have a lot of fiber in them which is great because it will keep you feeling fuller for longer, it also has several nutrients and antioxidants and several nutrients.

You’ll find that bananas are also resistant starch, which is known to feed your gut bacteria… This is the good bacteria which keeps us safe against chronic disease like colon cancer.

They also help aid weight loss, so this is great news if you’re looking to lose weight because they have low calories 105 typically, and as I said above several nutrients.

Apples

They are a great snack choice for those of you that are looking for an energy boost.

I would suggest that you get apples in any way that you can, if you’re eating Greek yoghurt add the apple slices, porridge same thing… You’ll not regret it as you’ll have more energy because of it.

I talk more in depth about apples not to long ago so if you missed it (READ MORE).

Dried Fruit & Nut

If you’re searching for a healthy snack that lasts, and you can actually take out with you then you’ve found it.

I’m not talking about the chocolate either just to be clear! LMAO do not get it twisted okayyyy?

Dried fruit and nut is packed with fiber, protein and healthy fats that we all need to be consuming more of.

Why not get more out of you dried fruit and nuts and add some mango or raisins to the mix.

I couldn’t recommend this enough, of course if you have a nut allergy don’t eat it.

Soup

Soup does not get mentioned often enough, it’s a great way to warm yourself up as we all know but…

It’s very nutritious and very filling. It’s so easy to add vegetables to it too, which of course gives us the energy that we need, so I would encourage you to buy premade soup or make your own more often as a snack.

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
