High blood pressure happens to hit us or someone we know far too often for my liking.
What comes from that is typically a heart attack, over 1 billion of us around the globe have high blood pressure that is crazyyyy!
All they want to hand out to you is meds, it seems to be a thing in the west to do this for blood pressure and everything else too.
For me a lifestyle change in how your mindset is, which will save your life and change your life but also the foods that you are eating (Which is obs what this one is about)… This will help you lower your blood pressure levels, so you’re not at risk.
Broccoli
Broccoli is very healthy but also reduces are blood pressure.
This is something that most of us already eat so it’s then just about eating more of it, as now you know it reduces your blood pressure.
Citrus Fruits
Fatty Fish
Fatty fish are excellent source of omega-3 fats, fatty fish have so many benefits for our hearts & had to be on the list too.
The fats help reduce blood pressure levels and lowers inflammation.
Greek Yoghurt
Greek yoghurt is so tasty but is also packed with nutrient dense minerals that help regulate our blood pressure!
You know potassium and calcium, this was the fourth and finally one that I choose because I know it’s so easy to consume right away.
