Broccoli is very healthy but also reduces are blood pressure.
This is something that most of us already eat so it’s then just about eating more of it, as now you know it reduces your blood pressure.
Fatty fish are excellent source of omega-3 fats, fatty fish have so many benefits for our hearts & had to be on the list too.

Greek yoghurt is so tasty but is also packed with nutrient dense minerals that help regulate our blood pressure!
You know potassium and calcium, this was the fourth and finally one that I choose because I know it’s so easy to consume right away.
