Clementines are very sweet citrus fruit packed with healthy essentials.
They include potassium, folate, phosphorus, calcium, vitamin C duhhh & magnesium.
These are good components for improvement of the memory, so this is a great if you have kids to get them eating this when they’re young.
This is brain power food on tap y’all!
Walnuts contain Vitamin B6 & B12, these two alone prevent memory loss but are also loaded with omega-3 fatty acids.
They are also good for anyone that is suffering from depression as it improves your mood too.
This is a good one as it’s packed with protein and calcium & is a great snack for sure.
It has B12 in it also so all you have to do is put some fruit on this too, and it will be even better for your brain health.
