I got to be honest, I’m shaking my head if you’re not doing it…

If you lack focus you need to meditate too, your mind needs it, I have to rep it!
Look around you the popularity of meditation is increasing by the day, it’s just this is something really healthy to do…

It helps reduce stress, develop concentration and gain more focus on the present moment.
People do it every so often, others like myself do it daily, you take your pick but choose something…
Because nothing is an F on your mental papers.
So below are the benefits when we truly meditate AKA (ZTFO)
Like I just said one of the benefits with meditation is that it reduces stress, I should say it kills it for the day but that’s with daily practice.
A main reason why you may want to meditate is to reduce stress.
We can all just say we are busy and just work on whatever, which seem to be the trend in the western world…
When we just decided to pause even if it’s just for 5 or 10 mins it makes the world of difference, how can it be the hardest thing to do is nothing at all?
You do it in other ways that do not help you, yet for your mental health it’s a struggle…
We need to do better, because we can!
Other than medication via pills a great way to help your anxiety is to meditate.
This really helps reduce stress levels, which translates to less anxiety of course!
Your ways of coping with things and dealing with things will be a lot better when you spend more time with yourself & shut off from the digital & outside world and it’s noise.
Makes You Feel More Peace
I mean this one of course it does!
When we clear our minds and just think about what is now, we win.
We do this because there are doors that are open for us, chances that we must take…
Or just to blind to see, that we end up seeing very vividly when we shut off and ZTFO.
This in itself brings us peace, which leads to joy which then can make you exp happiness.
I hear so many of us in this world talk about wanting peace but…
This but that, it’s there for you if you just pause, if you will bet on yourself.
I know you can all do this, but let’s go to the next one.
A lot of the population struggles with insomnia, it’s a real problem that we face.
It’s been medically proven that when we meditate we stay asleep longer and have much improved sleep which decreases the insomnia.
This will also help your body relax, which releases the body from tension and relaxes you which will help you get a good nights sleep.

How wonderful that it does not have to cost you a penny, and you can do it anywhere.
People practice many different forms of meditation, but most do not require you to have any special equipment or space.
You can do it on the grass, you can do it on your bed or you can do it on your sofa…
It need take a long time at all!
Meditation is something for everyone can do and should make room to do it for their emotional health.
