As I am the Healthy One I don’t take it lightly when I see or hear people talking about starving themselves to lose weight.
One search on Social media will reveal to you how many people actually think that this is a way to lose weight and it’s not on.
What you must understand is that you’re not giving up eating food.. you’re starting to eat food for the first time.
What I mean is that for a lot of you reading this you tend to eat so much rubbish, that is not good for you and is making you unwell even if it’s giving you temp comfort in your low times.
If you go with the mentality of I’m going to start eating food for the first time (The healthy meals) you’re more likely going to achieve what you crave so much, which is to lose weight but in a way where you’re happy and healthy and of course it remains!
You can eat until your bellies full providing the food is healthy and still lose a ton of fat, the same with your drink so long as Water is your go to drink and you drink the right amount per day

So I urge anyone that is feeling like they have to do this to lose weight to stop it!
