The Top Breads To Be Eating

There are many varieties of bread out on the shelves right about now, this is just some of the top ones out on offer for you Di1’s.

For those of you that are eating bread and are like well I’ll just eat white that really will not do…

Β

It’s trash and it’s refined grains is made fromΒ  white flour which is unhealthy for you.Β  Just like with pasta same thing.

So here are three that I know are very healthy & you can really get & eat in your daily lives if you wish.Β  Β

Β

Sprouted Whole Grain

Now sprouted bread is made from whole grains that have obs started to sprout lol…

This is via the exposure to heat and moisture.

It has a lot of folate and vitamins for making energy which is a great thing.

Sprouting increases antioxidants and decreases all the anti nutrients we don’t want, this also decreases our carbs too.

They do not increase blood sugar as much as other grains, making them a great choice for those that have type-1 or type-2 diabetes or reduced blood sugar levels.

They have a high amount of fiber and protein, so it makes it so filling than your normal bread.

Β

100% Whole Wheat

Whole grains are really easy to get your hands on this and of course is healthy.

Whole grains keep the whole grain intact, so that’s endosperm, bran & germ.

The bran has the most fiber of the lot of them and that’s the outer layer of the bread, it’s the hard part.

The germ and also again the bran has fat, protein, vitamins & minerals/ the endosperm is just mainly starch.

It’s so high in fiber and much better for you than refined grains, in fact as I said its trash and refined grains all it is they remove the bran and germ…

You just read what that does for you, it’s like once you know that’s what they do it’s like hang on…

Β

You’re messing up my health to save your company dollars?

Do better Di1’s & miss that refined b.s.

Flax Bread

Flax bread is made up of whole grain, flax seeds & flours.

It’s well known for being one of the healthiest breads you can get out there.

The flax seeds are very healthy and other so many benefits when eating them.

It helps prevent certain types of cancers too because of it’s antioxidants.

It’s been known that it lowers the risk of getting breast cancer too.

THAT’S IT!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys. Please do let me know though…
