The 8 Foods That Are Filthy Rich In Minerals

Minerals are vital to our health for maintaining a great mineral level, which is essential to feeling our best in life.

Yet so many people do not get enough of the stuff day to day, still it’s so easy to increase your mineral intake… As it’s in many foods.

So let’s start adding these filthy rich minerals to our list of foods that we eat ASAP!

Which will then increase our mineral intake & decrease our chances of getting due to what we eat.

The 8 foods are below…

Β

Overlooked Vegetables

I’m talking about starchy vegetables right about now.

Β

They mostly do not count as your five a day, but wereΒ  they do count is an excellent alternative to eating refined carbs, like white rice which is not as good for you.

Starchy vegetables are highly nutritious and packed with minerals, fiber, antioxidants etc. So stop overlooking these vegetables and start eating them.

Β

Leafy Greens

When I say leafy greens this is vegetables like lettuce, Spinach, Kale & Rocket, as these are some of the healthiest foods for you to eat.

Β

They are loaded with minerals such as potassium, magnesium, iron, copper etc, but you should know also that it will reduce the chances of getting aΒ  chronic disease.

Β

Leafy greens are known to be able to reduce the risk of Certain cancers, diabetes & heart disease.

Avocados

Avocados are so good and packed with minerals, healthy fats, fiber and vitamins.

Β

They’re rich in potassium and magnesium too!

Β

Now potassium is a mineral that is essential for blood pressure regulation, so when you eat potassium-rich foods like your avocados it can prevent you from getting a stroke for example.

Β

Plus there are so many ways to include this in your meals, so this is one of the easy ones to add for sure.

Β

Beans

Beans are packed with fiber and protein I’m sure we all know that!

It’s just what you may not know is how much this is an abundant source of mineral, which includes iron, phosphorus, potassium, copper and zinc and so on.

I know many of you eat this all the time so just carry on doing so.

Β

Nuts And Seeds

Obs if you cannot eat nuts skip to the next one!

For the rest of us though nuts and seeds are packed with so many minerals such as Magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium & manganese etc.

Nuts and seeds like Brazil nuts, Almonds & Pumpkin seeds are a great way to get your mineral intake up.

You’ll find that nuts and seeds are very nutrient-dense snacks and can easily be added into many kinds of foods, so once again easy to include.

Berries

When I say berries I’m talking all of them…

Blueberries, strawberries & raspberries etc, they are so good for you and an excellent source of minerals for you to be eating.

Minerals are needed for the maintenance and overall growth of our bones and tissues, so get eating these berries & you won’t be sorry.

Β

Eggs

Eggs & Whole eggs are rich in nutrients and provide minerals.

Β

In fact eggs are well known to be a multivitamin lets list them…

Β

Iron, Phosphorus, zinc and selenium, plus they have lots of healthy fats, antioxidants and proteins.

Β

I might as well mention to if you’re one of these onesΒ  that avoid eating the yolk… What are you doingggggggg?

Β

This is the best healthiest part of the egg, it contains all the vitamins and minerals, which are beneficial compounds…

Β

So eat it all not just the whites! This is yet another myth that plagues this earth, but now you better right?

Β

Tropical Fruits

One’s like mangos, pineapples & bananas.

It’s packed with fiber and is an excellent source of minerals, which include copper, potassium and manganese.

Really eat these instead of just blending them into smoothies, as you are losing the minerals and nutrients when you do this, which is real waste and shame.

Β
