The 3 Health Benefits Of Bananas

Today you are going to learn about the 3 benefits of Bananas, and how you can eat them more regularly. As you know already Bananas are very healthy and delicious.

They contain many nutrients that are essential to us, and have other benefits such as: Digestion & Heart health.

Besides from being nutritious though, they are also very handy to carry around when traveling (Click Here)  and make a very scrumptious snack.

So without further ado here are the 3 benefits of Bananas.

Potassium- The benefits  include prevention from stroke, blood pressure, heart and kidney disorder, and cramps. Also makes our muscles stronger, Bone strength, metabolism and nervous system.

The primary function in our body is to regulate fluid balance and control the electrical activity of the heart and our other muscles.

Lowers Stress Levels- Having a Banana at hand is very…well, handy because you can carry it around, put it in your pocket like we all do with our mobiles and is faster to eat than going to a fast  “food” joint (Why I’ve heard no one else say this, I do not know) and having to wait for someone to prepare your poison.

You can also cut it up, put into a sandwich or Greek yoghurt etc. It’s very versatile food, so there is no “I’m too busy to eat a Banana” because really it takes no prep… it’s done for you to the point that the only thing it doesn’t do is to spoon feed you, LOL… This really does help reduce your stress levels when searching for something to eat, yet there’s more.

Potassium & magnesium are muscle relaxants, and of course Bananas are a very good source of potassium but also magnesium. They also contain the amino acid called L-tryptophan, which gets converted to 5-HTP into our brains apparently. The 5-HTP in turn is converted to serotonin (Relaxing neurotransmitter) and melatonin.

Vision- I know Carrot normally gets all the glory for helping our vision, Bananas do play their role too. They are packed with antioxidant compounds and carotenoids, as well as a mixture of minerals which really will boost the health of your eyes.

DID YOU KNOW?: Cataracts, Night Blindness & Glaucoma have been known to decrease with a regular intake of Bananas.

That’s It!

I really enjoyed sharing this with you guys.  Please do let me know though…

What do you make of all this?

Are you going to eat Bananas more regularly now?

How often are you stressed out?

What is stopping you from taking action right now?

Are you glad I’m back this year?

Of course Any other questions are always welcome just leave a comment below

Until Then Ciao

We Look Up

I thought this was a nice easy read with lots of points to it.

I’ve always said that I will eat fruit through the year, but never end up doing it. Your case about the Bananas though has got me out of the house to buy a bunch.
