It’s been the summer for a minute now; our days are getting longer & our activities too.
Fresh fruit will help you thrive and be at your best all day long!
Summer fruits give you energy and do not spike your sugar levels up and then crash way down because it’s real and not trash food made in some lab.
It helps you cool down and stay hydrated along with your water.. It even protects you from the sun.
So here is a list of Summer fruits for you to get and consume as often as you can.. So it’s not just a hot summer but a healthy summer too!
Watermelons are mostly made up of water, but it’s much more than just that let me explain.
It has a lot of Vitamin A which helps boost our immunity and eye health plus Vitamin C which helps strengthen our immune system.
It also has Potassium which is a mineral, which helps prevent us from getting muscle cramps but also keeps your heart healthy.
Vitamin B6 is also present in Watermelon and that too helps with the immune system.
What you might not know about the Watermelon is that it prevents heat stroke which comes in handy as we are talking about summer fruits phewwwwwww.
Mangos are very sweet and that’s the natural kind so all of you with a sweet tooth should really switch from eating chocolate and eating your mangos (But back to it).
This fruit has more than 20 vitamins and minerals and a stack of fiber which keeps us feeling fuller for longer.
It’s a great source of Vitamin C, Vitamin A & Potassium.. which by the way it has even more than Bananas which is well-known for having lots of potassium in them.
This also helps with heat stroke, boost your immune system, controls blood sugar, helps prevent cancer and prevents heart disease.
Just a lil bit of history for you.. All the parts of the mango from the skin all the way to the pit have been used as remedies for centuries to prevent a range of ailments.
Mangos are much more than a sweet treat.. All parts of the mango — bark, leaves, skin, and pit — have been used in folk remedies for treating and preventing a variety of ailments throughout the centuries.
Grapes are a really summer fruit. They’re high in antioxidants and
are rich source of potassium.
You’d be a fool not to eat them because they taste so nice!
Grapes boost our brain health and what I recently found out was that they are good for our knees too (You learn something every day).
What I like about grapes is that it prevents many viral infections..
Plus right now that’s so important, with what’s going on in the world so
please start eating right away.
Very slept on fruit that you can eat during the summer, You can eat this ripe, unripe & dried too.
Papaya has Vitamin A & C plus folate, It’s also good for our bellies as it has a compound called Papain, this helps cure indigestion and bloating.
Beta-carotene is found in Papaya which helps prevent skin damage and reduces inflammation.
Now a lot of you may of only just drunk the drink & just don’t know what you’re missing out on.
I would suggest you start eating this from now on or at least find another form rather than just drinking it

This is great for those of you that have Diabetes as it helps keep your blood sugar and insulin levels balanced.
So in this heat I would tell any diabetic to get on this and even if you’re not it helps.
It also has a high level of soluble fiber & potassium.
This is also good for your mental health, eyesight & menstrual cramps.
We all know that this is a summer fruit and healthy for us.. They’re high in Vitamin C, Fiber & manganese.
If you have ever wondered why it’s so bright in colour it’s because it has a high amount of Phytonutrients & flavonoids in it.
It’s a natural anti-inflammatory too and taste good. It helps prevent cancers, boost our immunities, reduces inflammation & helps us maintain our vision.
Not only can you use this to build a home under the sea you can also eat this in the summer!
This has to be the most loved tropical fruit out there.. or at least thought about first.
I know in the summer a lot of you are buying these but I would like you to do it more often.
As once again Pineapple are sweet, they taste hella good and are healthy for you.. why would you eat trash candy and chocolate ahead of this ?
This fruit also regulates Hypertension & burns calories which are great for our weight loss goals!
Kiwis have Vitamin C, A, B6, Magnesium & Iron in them.
If you have sleep problems or irritable bowel problems I would suggest that you start eating these.
They will also keep your skin, hair and liver glowing all summer long.
