What this provides: This Will be your first consultation plus follow up 3x to create the foundation for your path towards reaching your health, nutrition and weight loss goals.

This beginner’s jump start package allows me to get to know you on all levels including your past and present experiences with diets, and your relationship with food, exercise, your food preferences (likes/dislikes) your challenges and frustrations and much more.

This Jump Start Package is the first step for anyone who has interest in taking their health and wellness goals into their own hands. This initial consultation will allow me to learn more about you, your personal goals, and assess your dietary patterns.

 

This Jump Start Program is also ideal for anyone who has a good basic understanding of eating clean and wants to:
investigate and/or tweak your diet to meet specific goals
or investigate areas that may be blocking you from reaching your ideal goal.

This jump start package will be your first step towards that for anyone who has interest in taking

The subsequent follow ups will ensure that you stay on track, feel comfortable and we will be able to make adjustments if necessary.

Opt 2 12 week Coaching Package

What this provides: This 12- week package is just perfect for those of you wanting and willing to commit to your health and weight loss journey
by understanding your current habits so we can adjust to the appropriate changes that will last a life time!

This initial consultation allows me to get know you on all levels including your past and present experiences with diets, and your relationship with food, exercise, your food preferences (likes/dislikes) your challenges and frustrations and much more.

Follow up sessions: We will re-assess your current goals and discuss your overall feelings of how you are doing with your goals.

You will learn about meal planning using a done for you meal plan and be able to create your own (optional)

You will look closely at the “bigger picture” of high quality foods that are available to you, as soon as possible

You will learn the truth about some of the popular myths about food

You will learn how to interpret food labels to know exactly what you are getting and to feel good about it because you will never be conned by the supermarkets again!

And some hidden gems I only share personally with my Di1’s

Along with nutrition, I will also cover topics such as:

How to set yourself up for success, how to be stress free and long term self care of the body.

Most importantly I will be here to support you and keep you accountable for yourself every step of the way.
