I can clearly see there are some great snacks that are low carb, that I believe you can add to your lifestyle right away.. as they are Di Nutritionally Healthy & will help you lose weight/maintain your healthy weight.

So here are some low carb snacks that you must try!

Avocado Salad

Nice and very simple to make all you need is some Salad and of course Avocado!

Now the Avocado is a replacement for those of you that would normally use mayonnaise from a bottle, the health benefits to this are below..

Packed with vitamins & Minerals

Fiber filled

Taste so damn goood ๐Ÿ˜‰

To make this even more Low carb AKA Keto healthy I would serve it with Lettuce wraps, celery sticks and some cucumber.ย

ย Carrot & Cucumber Sticks With Guacamole Dips

I love Guacamole as itโ€™s so portable I donโ€™t just have to eat this at home, plus this will makes a great Low-carb/keto snack.

ย 

Now avocados if you donโ€™t know why you should eat them then please read this (Click Here).

ย 

To make Guacamole all you have to do is mash up a ripe Avocado and then just combine that with some diced onions and a little bit of lime juice, and you can put some extra spice in it to if youโ€™re into having a lil bit of spice too.

ย 

Of course if youโ€™re not feeling like making your very own you can always buy your Guacamole pre-made, then all you will need is cucumbers to cut into sticks and then dip, dip and dip some more.. enjoy!

ย ย Tortilla Pizzasย 

Now these mini Pizzas are really nice with nice flavourย  and of course low in carbs.

Your Pizza Toppingsย  are below..

ย Unsweetened Tomato Sauce

ย ย ย  Grated Cheese

Dried Basil

Your tortillas should be low carb too so you would make it like this..

ย 2 Eggs

2 Egg whites

Cream cheese

Coconut flour

Cream cheese

ย  I like this one as it has a little bit of everything and is very Low carb/ Keto friendly.

Baked Mini Bell Peppers

These are real tiny but donโ€™t let that fool you into believing that it doesnโ€™t pack a punch!

Oozingย  Cheese, Chorizo, Herbs & Extra Virgin Oil.

It taste so good and is low carb. I would for sure have this as a side snack or an appetizer.. you must try it!

Kale Chips

Not a potato in site and very green!

I can only be talking about Kale chips.. now all you have to do is cut them into slices and then drizzle some Extra Virgin Oil and youโ€™re set.

Cut a load and have this as a snack itโ€™s really healthy and Kale has a host of health benefits as seen below.

Hard Boiled Eggs ย 

These are very easy to make you put em in hot water wait for them to boil and then peel the shell off the egg

Iโ€™m not on this Egg white only trend because that is a myth the yolk is the healthiest part so eat that and along with the whites.

I would go for no more than 2 to 4 eggs no more or no less than that, as itโ€™s quite filling, and an easy snack for anyone to make.
