I can clearly see there are some great snacks that are low carb, that I believe you can add to your lifestyle right away.. as they are Di Nutritionally Healthy & will help you lose weight/maintain your healthy weight.
So here are some low carb snacks that you must try!
Nice and very simple to make all you need is some Salad and of course Avocado!
Now the Avocado is a replacement for those of you that would normally use mayonnaise from a bottle, the health benefits to this are below..

To make this even more Low carb AKA Keto healthy I would serve it with Lettuce wraps, celery sticks and some cucumber.
Carrot & Cucumber Sticks With Guacamole Dips
I love Guacamole as it’s so portable I don’t just have to eat this at home, plus this will makes a great Low-carb/keto snack.
Now avocados if you don’t know why you should eat them then please read this (Click Here).
To make Guacamole all you have to do is mash up a ripe Avocado and then just combine that with some diced onions and a little bit of lime juice, and you can put some extra spice in it to if you’re into having a lil bit of spice too.
Of course if you’re not feeling like making your very own you can always buy your Guacamole pre-made, then all you will need is cucumbers to cut into sticks and then dip, dip and dip some more.. enjoy!
Now these mini Pizzas are really nice with nice flavour and of course low in carbs.

Unsweetened Tomato Sauce
Your tortillas should be low carb too so you would make it like this..
2 Egg whites
I like this one as it has a little bit of everything and is very Low carb/ Keto friendly.
Baked Mini Bell Peppers
These are real tiny but don’t let that fool you into believing that it doesn’t pack a punch!
Oozing Cheese, Chorizo, Herbs & Extra Virgin Oil.
It taste so good and is low carb. I would for sure have this as a side snack or an appetizer.. you must try it!
Not a potato in site and very green!
I can only be talking about Kale chips.. now all you have to do is cut them into slices and then drizzle some Extra Virgin Oil and you’re set.
Cut a load and have this as a snack it’s really healthy and Kale has a host of health benefits as seen below.

Good for Digestion
Good for the Skin & Hair
Hard Boiled Eggs
These are very easy to make you put em in hot water wait for them to boil and then peel the shell off the egg
Then you can eat!
I’m not on this Egg white only trend because that is a myth the yolk is the healthiest part so eat that and along with the whites.
I would go for no more than 2 to 4 eggs no more or no less than that, as it’s quite filling, and an easy snack for anyone to make.

Low-Carb Sushi Roll
All you need for this really is a few ingredients I’ll put them below..
Coconut Is a very tasty way to get a Low Carb snack into your lifestyle.
I’m talking a full Coconut break it open and scoop out your reward.
I know many don’t buy a whole one but I’m telling you if low carb snacks is what you are after this is well worth it and will help you lose weight.
Olives are very good for the hearts healthy fats!
Which is just one of many reasons why this will make a great Low carb/Keto snack.
Olives are also contain fiber, Vitamin E and other plant based compounds that help reduce the inflammation and lower chronic diseases.
For that extra fat add some cheese on it!
Now Nuts are full of Protein, Fats & Fiber.. with a host of other health benefits too.
A higher intake of Nuts lowers your chances of getting heart disease and some types of cancers.
Although I’m not talking about KP Nuts or any salty Nuts they are straight trash.
