How To Never Catch A Cold & Stay Healthy

Falling ill via a cold really sucks, so I decided I wanted to do something about it to prevent myself from getting one…

& what do you know many years later I’ve not had a single cold, so it’s fair to say I’ve been living what I’m about to share with you Di1’s below.

So if you don’t like catching colds and want to stay healthy like me, this is the one for you.

Β

Eat & Drink Better

The first one that will change the game for you from the inside, so of course if we go for things that are well known like an orange which is packed with vitamin C this will boost our immune system.

Don’t wait to get sick before you eat an orange get it in as much as you can during the weeks, Although there is much more than just eating an orange that helps.

Did you know your immune system relies on Vitamins C, E & A for repair and rebuilding ?

Water also plays its role in our immune function, this is yet another reason water should be the main drink you’re drinking as it flushes out toxins.

Stay Fresh Stay Clean

Big ligaaas! (If you know, you know)

This is a key factor from the outside now, to avoid getting sick you have to wash your hands regularly and effectively.

I know we’ve all had practice since 2020, but this is not just because we don’t want COVID-19..

Truth be told we should have all been on this to prevent colds and getting sick from day 1!

So one thing I’m glad about the whole of last year is that it forced us into taking care of the hygiene side…

As too many of the world are too nasty, don’t even bother to wash their hands or bathΒ  when you have the resources…

That sickness me to my core!

When we are out on public transport or a place outside that is not our own carry hand gel, or just wash your hands before eating or touching things.

Also stop touching your nose and your mouth!

This is something I’ve been working on for years now and it’s paid off for me, this is like an own goal to make yourself sick & at least if you’re going to do it by mistake, make sure your hands are washed.

This is not just for you it’s to stop others from getting sick also, think about it.

Β

Keep A Positive Mental Attitude AKA PMA

This is not a game Di1’s it’s real! Sustaining a positive mental attitude (PMA) is not only for good vibes you know..

It helps prevent illness too, the reason why is because we release different hormones when are outlook is negative or positive.

Β

When we think positive it releases the immune boosting hormone DHEA, while thinking negatively releases the immune suppressing hormone cortisol..

Like I said this is not a game, or just something I’m saying for you to feel good.. It’s real.

Β

Let There Be Light

A great way to stay positive is to make sure you get some natural light every day.

Natural light gives you vitamin D in the skin which helps boost your mood and immunity.

See if you can get at least 30 minutes of daylight at the brightest part of the day, which is like midday right ?

You can for a walk, or just sit out in your garden and catch some rays… as it will help clear your head and prepare you for the next part of your day.

Β

Take Breaks Not Just Holidays!

It seems for many of you the only time you take a break is when you’re on holiday DAMNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!

So that’s like what 1x/2x a year? That suckssssssssssssss!

It’s also bad for your health, I don’t care what work or workouts you’re doing at some point you need to take a break from it.

At least two days or a week’s rest from your workouts or your work will do. Β

For some of you it might need to be longer because it’s been years since you’ve been well, fresh and happy with life.

It’s just like someone that has a drink problem or drug problem, the numbers I gave above would not suffice.

Also, if you’re ill you should avoid doing intense workouts, I see so many trying to still do these workouts when you have high fatigue, fever & other sick symptoms.

Your body is telling you that you need to rest, just because it’s lit not speaking to you in your native tongue does not mean you get to ignore it.

Get Quality Sleep

Again the reason why so many of you are so sick all the time and catching colds is because you don’t get enough sleep.

If you’re sleeping under 8 hours you’re going to get sick in the long run, if you’re sleeping over 9 hours you’re going to get sick in the long run…

It’s not just sleeping for sleeping’s sake, when you oversleep that’s not quality sleep at all.. that’s you going stale and feeling tired still after all that!

Stop focusing so much on the damn clock like you’re that rabbit from Alice in Wonderland, and start focusing on the hours I said above…

Then watch how your sleep improves and you get sick less.

Talking of quality have you checked out my Supercharged program yet?

As I’m taking applications now for the class of 2021.

I’m only taking 100 of you and you’ve got until the 10th of feb to apply.

So if you want my help to lose weight all year round then…
