So you want to add another decade to your life huh?
Well only God is really in control of that, but we can still help ourselves via not dying because of a chronic disease for example.. which is very much in our hands.
Your lifestyle factors are very important in this, Eating, Working out & Taking care of your mental health.
The four ways to increase your chances of death are..Eating junk food (Put a line through food), Smoking, Drinking & Drugs.
I can hear some smart ass reading this right now like “WELL IN THE OLD DAYS THEY USED TO SMOKE & DRINK AND TAKE DRUGS AND THEY LIVED UNTIL..”
Although they may of lived for a long time, they also lived a life in poor health, they suffered.
Hospital beds, aches and pains, vomiting, comas, etc.. this is not living just suffering.
So now that is out of the way let’s continue on..
Now we’d all like to live for a long time in fantastic shape and good health (Even that smart ass.. come onnnn)
So let’s take a closer look at what we can do to increase the likely hood that we will be here in the next decade healthy and happy!
Get 30 minutes/Or More Of Physical Activity A Day
You need to be doing this every single day for the next decade.
Now I’m not just talking about going to the Gym or Working out at home, you can play Sports with your friends or join a Club, you can go Swimming, Bike riding etc.
If none of that is for you I’ve still got you because the easiest way of all to do this is by walking, make an effort to walk it don’t have to be outside either for those that drive everywhere.. you can make an effort to walk were ever you are, 10 thousand steps is a great start!
You don’t lit have to count but anything that is making you walk more is a good thing no?
Stop Drinking/So Much
There is no way around this one drinking is a poison and when you drink you’re killing yourself, but I also live on a place called earth and I understand that many of you reading this drink and will continue to drink.
So if you don’t drink currently then just skip to the next one now!
Drinking causes all kinds of problems from the brain to our bodies, one of which just happens to be obesity which is a chronic disease.
So If you are going to carry on drinking then cut down on the amount you’re drinking, getting lashed is a clear sign you’re drinking too much, we all have issues and I will come on to that later on, but drink never solves it.
In fact it only blocks it out for a bit and then you do it again, like the silly fly that keeps getting zapped until it dies, don’t be that fly (If you’re an alcoholic seek help NOW)
& just on a weekly basis drink less because you will feel much better for it I promise you, and opt for water instead.
That’s my last word on it increase your water intake & decrease your alcohol intake.
Always Choose To Eat Real Food
This is very important for your lifestyle to be eating real food and cutting out the junk food this next decade.
So many chronic diseases come from eating trash such as Obesity, Heart Failure & Some types of Cancer.
Instead go for real food that is fresh and healthy for you, for example plant based foods such as Fruits, Vegetables & plus your whole grains.
Those of you that still eat meat stop eating it fried in all kinds of crap (Click Here) & go for better options like grilled for example.
I can’t tell you the last time I’ve been sick, down or just not myself via eating food, why? Because everything I eat is real!
It’s fresh and not filled with crap that is bad for my health.
I’ll tell you something once you go down this path, I’m talking diets (Click Here) I’m talking about a lifestyle you’ll not want to go back to this old way of consuming hot garbage.
When you know and more the point exp where the source of your food is coming from and what is in it, and then taste real food, you’ll understand.. as crazy as that may sound for those who have not taken the plunge.

Just Don’t Smoke Anything!
I don’t care what it is smoking is bad for you health, can increase your chances of obesity, fucks up your skin, messes up your teeth, oh and messes up your lungs.
If you’re addicted please seek help and don’t just go to Vaping (e-cigarette) because it’s just as bad for you and increases your chance of having a heart attack.
If you’re stressed or feeling down then there is a better way and it’s coming up, but work on battling this addiction now and reap the rewards this decade.. I know you can and I believe in you that you will slay this disgusting addiction.
Protect Your Mind Daily
This is the most important one of all and should really of been first to be honest!
What I mean by this is everything you think about when you wake to when you go to bed, every interaction, what you consume means something.. will move you higher or lower in your life!
What makes you happy?
What makes you smile?
When was the last time you imagined yourself beyond your current situation?
What do you want in the next decade?
Who do you love?
What do you love most about yourself?
I can go on and on.. the point is these are sort of questions you must really sit with & answer for yourself.
Work on consuming positive things that uplifts you and makes you happy, and you stay clear of the darkness and the demons within your mind, what you read if you only read gossip what do you think that does to your mind over time?
It all adds up so please take care because every little counts these small steps will be big ones if you start now.
Remember protect yourself stay far away from toxic people do not have them around you and do not let them live inside your head rent free.. or all of the other points above will mean nothing as you’ll not be happy so then what is the point?
