Shellfish is is high in Iron, with Oysters and Mussels being really good sources.

Now a lot of you that are into seafood will say well what about Clams?

I hear you but you must understand that Clams is not really reliable because itβs Iron content is not consistent sometimes high & sometimes lowerΒ than your Daily Value (AKA DV) .

Shellfish is high in nutrients and is known to increase the level of HDL Cholesterol in your blood (Thatβs the good Cholesterol by the way!) .

Spinach
Spinach more than enough Iron to get you started during the day.

Itβs also rich in Vitamin C and what that does is boots your Iron absorption, so a very good combo to have.

Spinach is very rich in Antioxidants some of which help reduce Cancer and decrease inflammations.
