Unhealthy foods and drinks are a major reason why you are gaining excess fat that you do not want in the first place.
Which over time will lead to chronic diseases, which is a big no noooooooooooooooo! Than ever before.
I mean I spend all day everyday on food so for me being the “Healthy One” I won’t lie to you and say I’m shocked that people consider some of these foods healthy.
As I know how this ever-changing game works, & It’s not really your fault.
Really now at the end of this if you still carry on eating and drinking these below then the fault is with you..
Or you fail to inform others on this, because it’s so important now we all stay healthy out here and eat and drink well.
It’s important that we think before we put things in our mouths and know what we are eating.
Just like we would not take a one star product from Amazon with 100 bad reviews saying “this food makes you sick for 14 days do not eat it”.
Just because it’s in a shop does not make it healthy or legit, i.e. they’re trying to play you that it’s healthy when it really is not..
All the while making money off the pretence that this food is making you better, when the reality it’s killing you from the inside.
So here are 5 So Called “Healthy Foods” That Are Really Just Junk below…
Processed “Low-fat” & “Fat-Free Foods”
This whole thing on saturated fats has really been poorly spoken about and the news on this has really been misguided and turned into such a myth, which was debunked years ago!
What food manufactures would do is remove fat from foods, but as we found out food does not taste so good when you take out the fat that was there.
They knew that they were in trouble so they started filling it with added sugar instead to compensate for the lack of taste.
Saturated fat being harmful to you is a myth, it’s the added sugar that they replace it with that will kill you.
Case and point if we sat down and I started eating Cheese & you started eating Sugar everyday to see which one gets a chronic health problem first
It’s you that’s eating the sugar everyday, where as I will be getting super health benefits.. stop letting them play you like that!
Most Store Bought Salad Dressings
As we know vegetables are very healthy, and so much so we should be eating them everyday..
On a bad day 3 a day which should be part of your 5 a day (Click Here) .
I also know that I’m in the minority when it comes down to the fact that I can eat Salad dry as and enjoy it, like nearly everybody else needs to eat it with a lil sauce & a lil flavour.
So we think that adding Salad dressing is the answer right?
Well it depends as many Salad dressings are made with trash like added Sugar, Vegetabel oils YES YOU HEARD ME (Click Here) & Trans fats.
So even though Salad is healthy for us to eat, putting unhealthy dressings on it ruins the health benefit that you’re getting from the salad.
Always read the label before you buy, even if it’s food that you always buy because the numbers change every so often anyway.
Or just make it yourself! The best way to know exactly what is in it is to make yourself.
You’ll feel real good about yourself and more confident if you take this step if not all the time then sometimes.
All the Di1’s already know this, just put my name with fruit juices and Y’all see it.
So if you don’t know you must be new around here so let me tell you something.
I don’t drink Fruit Juices because it’s not healthy!!!
Now you might be like WTF but let me explain, it’s not that fruit itself is unhealthy.
To drink it I could make my own and use a few fruit and that’s fine.. what I’m talking about is store-bought juices.
Which are packed to the high heavens with fruit, which is too much in one sitting.
Let me ask you this..
Would you eat 12 Oranges all at once ?
If you said no then.. why would you drink that amount ??
That is how many Oranges it takes to make your drink you’re buying from the shop.
Which is way too sweet and will give you Type-2 Diabetes and more, what’s worse is some products even have added sugar in it on top of that and boy that’s class A to me..

Many Processed Breakfast Cereals
Ok this is one of the slyest ones on the list you know.
Many of these are marketed towards kids on purpose so they beg the parents to buy it, because it has a cartoon drawing on it that lures them in.
Also a lot of the health claims are bold face lies, it’s abuse to be fair but let me simmer down.
They say “Low fat” you know if they say this then it’s high in sugar via looking at the back, or “Whole grain” then it’s got some artificial chemical romance going on.
The reality is true healthy cereals don’t need no label with a list of this and that, its single ingrident food and the health benefits does the talking.
Real food is the ingredient point-blank period.. & with that look at what is real that you can eat in the morning and go.
We can sit and laugh and say the healthy breakfast foods are old man cereal this and that, but you know what I’d rather be on an old man vibe than a dead man one..
