Eating clean always focuses on consuming whole foods (Click Here) (Real food) that have little to zero process in them.. basically closer to their natural form as possible is the goal.
Taking on a clean eating plan is very simple and an effective way to lose weight, to feel better, and boost your overall health.
The difficulty comes when you are undecided, unsure or got temptation around you.. think long and hard about what you want your health to be like, because it’s time you wont get back.. to be honest I’d rather you don’t waste your time on doing something half heartedly, that’s for your own sake.
If you want the “healthier you” then you have to boss up, there is no two ways about it!
Proceeding to carry on eating from the local fast trash store (I refuse to call it fast food YUK) and expecting to be healthy is the equivalent of running through a brick wall expecting to make it to platform 9 ¾.. madness.

Now without further-ado here are 4 eating tips that will help you become healthier and live a longer and more mobile life.
Quit Adding Sugar
This is the one from the 4 that really has to sink in if you want to achieve anything in this health pursuit.
Added sugar and natural sugar are two different things (Click Here) you really must stop making your life difficult and stressful and sick via adding sugar to food, that’s the same as fuel to fire.. only you’re on the receiving end of the burn.
As it’s been well documented, too much added sugar has been linked with many types of chronic diseases such as Obesity, Diabetes and Heart problems.

Forget “Diet” Foods Full Stop
The word Diet is no good for you… really, hear me out.
I take it that you’ve come to the number one source of healthiness to become healthy / healthier right?
A lot more of you would want to lose weight and have a better quality of life right?
And after all that hard work and effort would then want it to last for a long time.. forever even, right?
If you nodded or said yes to all of these questions then a “Diet” is not what you’re looking for.
Just look at the health and fitness industry and all these “Diets”, what happens?
They lose the weight and then in under 18 months, gain it all back again.. in most cases even more weight than what they started with.. YIKES!
The word “Diet” is short term, every time you hear this word translate it to short term.. ain’t none of us got time for that right ?
That’s a suckers game and you end up forever being on this hamster wheel for the rest of your life.. only you’re not running on the wheel, you’re just simply eating all the trash food, and buying the latest products and services that are making you sicker.. whilst they profit from taking Pounds, dollars or whatever your currency is.
On the actual food side of things though, these “Diet” foods such as low-fat dressing (Which is high in sugar) or Diet Soda (It’s well.. Soda) etc is not actually aiding anything healthy.
Think of it like this, take a cookie for example, it doesn’t even matter if it says “Organic Cookie” A Cookie is still a Cookie.. unhealthy and fit for the bin.
These type of foods are just stocked up on artificial preservatives, sweeteners and added sugar, which are no good for our bodies.
Focus On Ingredients Not Calories
For those that calorie count, to put it bluntly, if you’re eating real food you wouldn’t need to, period.
Calorie counting is for those that eat everything unhealthy on sight, or again on a “Diet”. What ends up typically happening is the person becomes obsessed with the counting like they’re in mathematics class, but the weight is not subtracting in fact it’s multiplying (See what I did there 😉)
Instead it’s more important for you to focus and put your attention to the quality of food that you are eating.. the ingredients rather than the calories.
An example I can think of is Avocados/ Nuts are really high in calories if you were to simply count away and become tunnel visioned about it you’d think that those foods were no good for you.
When in all actuality, these two are packed with nutrients like healthy fats and fibre that help boost weight loss by keeping you filled in-between meals.

Eat Clean When Eating Out
This is why it’s really important you recognize what’s healthy for you and what is not.
So when you are eating out you can select the foods that are clean, and not feel stressed and then pressured into selecting unhealthy foods just because you’ve got a waiter in front of you tapping his feet on your decision (Click Here)
It’s best to select foods that are fresh produce, and healthy foods that you are now eating in your home, in fact when you start the other three tips, you’ll start to get better at identifying what the healthiest options are and those that are not.
This will take the longest to achieve, but actually starting right now, each time you go out to eat, just like with practice you’ll become better with your choices.
